@@chattybatty7726 I have spent last night and today trying to identify what car you were in by trying to match the side window and mirror, and the centre console dashboard 🤣 I am currently guessing Ford Fiesta 2012 - 2017. It is not important, it was just something that caught my imagination 👍
@@GrandadsOtherChannel ooooooo so close its 2009 .I’m impressed I really am .we take my car on long trips ,my husband has a focus so mine is more economical on l9ng trips x
@@chattybatty7726 Not as far as I remember. When I was a kid we did a camping holiday up round Scotland but I have no idea what route my dad would have taken. I don't know if motorways existed back then 🤣 The only time I have been up country since then, I flew up to Glasgow for a meeting.
I love this part of the motorway too. Did you stop at the lovely service station near there which overlooks a lake?
No not this time .that is a lovely service station .we have mummy in law …Easton’s mum down we go back up Friday so might take a stop there xx

It certainly is we also love the M74 which joins that road and takes you up to Scotland x
