I am glad you are coming and bringing the family. Please pack the kids swimming suits in case they want to play at The Diamond Springs Waterpark. It's not huge or great, but is a nice place to cool off. You have chosen a cooler time to come and visit. It is 69 outside now, and I have the windows open, but it is early morning. Before Hurricane Beryl went through it was hot and humid. One day we had a heat index of 118. It was tough digging outside!!! I don't go into the state park very often anymore. I work (play) at our private diamond mine nearby. I'm sorry I will miss meeting you.
