I’ve seen a lot of people do upward strokes when doing their neck, so starting around their collarbone and where the neck and shoulder meet and then working their way up towards their jaw. That might also help but i’m not 100% sure.

Your face got a good definition after day #7. Also I heard when you use Gua Sha it has to be flat on your skin and you should not let the edge of the stone touch your skin. The idea is to relax the skin but the edges will cause irritation.

yeah the results are temporary, but once you achieve the results you don't have to do it every day, you can do it every other day to keep your results.

I suggest using some oil or moisturiser to avoid pulling your skin too much!

Instead of going upwards on the forehead maybe you should consider going downwards only on the forehead though because I’ve seen a lot of videos where they recommend going downwards because it stretches out your forehead and makes it look bigger
