    Just wanna ask this question: how can you make a nursing care plan for well clients?

    • @NursingSOS
      @NursingSOS  Před 3 lety +1

      ïvan cezar great question! Most of the time care plans are going to be done for patients who are requiring some intervention, meaning they aren't fully well. But you can always use a risk for fall as well because in most cases, almost everyone, is a risk for fall! That being said, most of the time care plans are done for patients who require some form of intervention or assessment and a nursing diagnosis will apply! :) I hope that helps to clear it up. 😊

      @@NursingSOS another thing hahaha do you still have to formulate a diagnosis knowing the patient is well? If so, what can be the possible diagnosis?

    • @NursingSOS
      @NursingSOS  Před 3 lety +1

      Ivan Cezar Buendia, a nursing diagnosis that could apply to a well patient would be at risk for falls. In most cases a well patient doesn't need a nursing diagnosis. Hope that helps to clarify. :)
