@@giovaniveras8729 isso mano Jiu-jítsu é aquela coisa se vc não tem técnica tem que compensar na força e vice versa, esse jogo do Bernardo por mais “simples” que seja mas principalmente pras raspagens essa subida na meia fio dental tem que ter muita pujança física ainda mais eu que sou pesadíssimo raspar os caras dessa categoria não é mole não com os mais leve da pra chamar de boa, agora ali de uns oitenta e poucos quilos pra cima com cara mais mala já dificulta demais, mas to adaptando bem agora a over under ainda falta lapidar bem mais particularmente tenho mais facilidade em passar toreando, pulando de um lado pro outro, tentando leg drag do que passar de over under, ultimamente tenho so tentando passar usando ela mas sentir que nao to conseguindo adaptar e to sentido que meu jiu ta ficando meio limitado.

Should get better pants and compression shorts underneath there's no reason why that should happen multiple times in a match no matter who is doing the pressure passing.
For the white belts taking notes (like me) the first 5 minutes are almost entirely of Bernardo putting on the pressure, and finally gets past the guard at 5:50. Imagine the cardio, breathing technique and strength to apply pressure for that long.
I think this is going to become a lot more popular. Especially the khabib style of getting the triangle around opponent's legs. I wrestled before and found I can pass purple belt guard all of a sudden from using this. I want to make people who pull guard pay for it with pressure and pain haha
Its worked wonders for my passing game. Its been my experience that on average, people don't know how or have a very hard time defending this pass. Especially when passing on the opponents the leftside.

Lo need to change approach against Bernardo. Those guys that goes for presure pass, especialy with over under, you need to start with close guard. And then, when they open space to try open your guard, you go for De La Riva and try your sweep.

That was a terrible break in the action when the back take was occurring. I mean Lo was probably fucked there anyways but give the guy a chance wtf.
