Traz is 70 squares PLUS the size taken by the Military buildings. Mine is only at level 25, so if needed again it can be raged up to that level pretty easily.
You make such a great point....that it's not ONLY the massive size of the Traz....but also the space of the military building(s) needed as well, which is often alot. Sometimes we might overlook that. Good comment - thank you.
I would caution viewers as I have my guild. How long before Inno buffs Great Buildings? It would be a terrible feeling to delete a high level Traz or HC only to have it buffed 6 months down the road. It would be an easy decision if you could store them. But you cant. So if you ever want to rebuild your starting from scratch.
Top3 GB’s in this age of FoE, imho: Arc lvl180, it’s a no brainer ever green GB Blue galaxy, it’s buffed by power creep but doesn’t make much sense to level it too far, making it a bad fp-sink but an excellent overall GB Arctic orangery level 201, at that level it has 50% critical hit chance and is an awesome fp-sink giving fps too. Past that level it still improves the critical hit chances slightly The situation for the above 3 is for any age you’ll stay in for years to come. Potentially till the day you’ll stop. From that perspective it actually can still make sense to level your AO. As a means to “dump” fps while still getting some benefits out of it. Even past level 201. Although it’s unlikely you’ll hit that level in the first place. It’s imho worth considering when picking GB’s nowadays

Seed vault is also vulnerable because its production is fixed. It is only really valuable because of the diamonds and its value depends heavily on how you value those diamonds. I value 1 diamond = 20 fp and that's what makes it very safe in my city, but if you value it as 1 diamond = 5 fp, then it is already worse than the feta farm.
@@ThreatLevelMDNGHT It's a very normal thing to choose between two different things. If you're going grocery shopping you could literally choose between apples and oranges. In this case do you want fp production or diamond production and how much fp production are you willing to sacrifice for that diamond production? You are making an choice regardless if you put a number on it or not.

It's hard to argue this about BG now, that is for sure! However, I have always been huge on the CF and for me it remains the 2nd most powerful GB. When you have both a high level Arc and a high level CF, the amount of resources you can accrue by doing RQ's is insane. A powerhouse combo. But BG might be a close 3rd for me now. With the change coming of the Antiques Dealer that is live on beta right now the TOR actually becomes more valuable again becaue it can generate a decent amount of stuff to sell at the trader to win more auctions for those finally good kits that they will add once this is live so I think considering that recent change I will have to disagree with you on that building. Before this change I 100% agree with you, now it is just looking brilliant again because the new meta will certainly be completing sets you couldn't from previous events via the antiques dealer.
I have never done beta, but I am super-interested in what they are going to do to with the AD. There is so much potential for this to be a major part of the game and I am hopeful that whatever changes they apply will do just that. Thanks for weighing in!
@@BardoFarkins They will add only kits for auction from summer Event 2023 and onwards meaning all old stuff and mostly useless stuff is gone from auction. Also the dealer itself only costs gems now and coins are strictly for auctions.
I have all the GB's you have with one exception. I recently removed my ToR only because after three years it was only at level 4 because I wasn't getting BP's.
Thanks for watching and weighing in. The ToR has been a pretty good building, but as I said, iy seems to be decreasing in value quite a bit. If they revamp the Antique Dealer, as expected, them maybe that will help it and provide more value.
The updated main settlement buildings makes these effects worse. I'm going to keep my Traz (hoping they update the GB rewards or give us a way to store GBs) but it's almost worthless now. The Royal Bathhouse now gives 20 units and the unit emissaries changed from giving 1 or 2 units to giving 13 units each. So, the supply of troops (as you mentioned) has greatly increased. But, the need for troops also has greatly declined. QI doesn't use any troops from your city...but GvG did. GvG had a tremendous need for troops....attacking used some troops but DA (defensive army) needs were horrendous for guilds that were actively fighting in GvG. One great thing about the Traz (again, as you mentioned) is it's ability to target what troops you get...even earlier age troops. Now, all our troops needs are for current age only...further reducing the need for a Traz. My L6 Mughal's Temple gives 107 FP (130 FP with a Forgotten Temple and potentially doubled with the BG) which now overshadows my L100 CC. When the SG came out there weren't a lot of buildings producing previous age goods. So, at the time, it was worthwhile planting. My L70 SG produces 145 goods, but my L9 Sun Temple produces 310 previous age goods and my L9 Shinto Temple produces 365 previous age goods. The power creep in special buildings and settlement buildings made this fairly worthless. Although the SV isn't impervious to power creep, it has been hardly effected since it produces so many goods and it produces diamonds...like an entire WW/FoY farm all in one building.
So many great thoughts here, IMO. When I saw the new boosts for the settlement rewards buildings, which happened shortly after posting this video, I about fell out of my chair! Great points about the SV. Thanks for watching and sharing your observations. Great player.
Interesting idea for the video, power creep is definitely the hot topic of the moment in the game. On your most vulnerable list, I think you've got that about right, although I'd say the HC is still worthy of it's place due to the high supplies production and those days when you get the Spoils of War bonus of 200FPs land multiple times are pretty sweet (450 FPs+ some days). With all the fragments in the last year or so, the BG is now one of the must have GBs in the game, certainly, as chasing all these sets is a lot easier with one. You are right to highlight the situational nature of the CF, but ultimately it's still pretty much a must have for anyone past the early game - with all the new quests in each era, the CF's multiplier on all the goods and more importantly diamonds is critical. I realise you've stated that it's based on what you've built, but I think you've got to get yourself a SV and that probably goes in the top 5, and bumps the Zeus to maybe 6th. Ubernerd has done a couple of videos on GBs and which is the best for whichever metric you care to examine, and a high level SV comes in fairly close to top for goods and diamonds compared to other GBs. I'm a fairly recent convert in the last 6-8 months or so (same as BG), but for the amount of stuff you get back just for aiding people (and with auto aid it's 3 clicks and a few adverts per day), it's a really valuable GB nowadays.
Really appreciate your thoughts! I know UberNerd is really big on the SV and I certainly respect his recommendations. I've heard mixed things from the folks that I know and trust. Many feel that the recent buzz about it has been over-hyped. I don't know. I would probably like it since I aid everyday anyhow. You talk about the devaluation of GB's and how Arc may be less important. No as you described some GB's are more valuable, especially BG and the SAT GB's. Some are less valuable but GB's will always have value it just may be different ones. So FP's will always have value. BP's and medals will have value and having a lv180 ARC will always be valuable. What kind of sucks is having to delete lv100+ GB's because what was once good is no longer good and the city space is better used for something else.
GB tend to become more and more expensive as you level them up. Eventually you gain almost nothing for a new level. For example the arc itself caps out at x2 bonus at level 180. Eventually are "finished" with all of your gb or they gain so little for each new level that each fp is worth very little. At that point you may not care about fp unless your goal is to have the biggest gbs on the server.

Yes, i also like my chateau frontenac and spend a lot of fPs building it up.coz i like the extra diamonds....since i have no intention of ever spending money.....)))...fallen into the money pit trap before on laptop games and will not do so again!....its insane in games like world of tanks for instance.......serious money needed to be competetive....they are only pixels!!)))

It's ~40 battles per day. Way less than gbg, but still way too many for manual battles to work in the long run. I am glad they added a lot more qi bonuses so we can autobattle now. I agree that manual battles are more fun, but it has to be a lot fewer.
If you are in a level 100 guild, your traz produces troops every 15 hours. Where as the event buildings produce every 24. Just another thought to keep in mind.
Actually I wanted to ask about the Kraken. That was next on my chopping block but you didn't mention it. It may be that you already consider it done for.
In the first few days of QI, I did all the battles manually. But later, when I started accumulating troops, I switched to auto battle. Right now, for example, I have 100+ ballistas, so I don't see the point of doing manual fights, since I'm losing only 1 troop per fight and I can recruit at least 40 every day. About your list, I think you made good points, although I think that Traz is still relevant for fighters and ToR is kinda needed if you have a diamond farm (ok, I know that at most you'll get maybe 2 FoY per month at level 100 doing all 5 levels of GE, but that still something). Zeus still being this efficient is the reason I only built this GB on my new diamond farm world. Blue Galaxy, it's funny because I took a long time to finally build it, but now is one of my faves together with The Arc. Great video as always, Bardo 😁

ToR is also important to QI since as of right this moment Forgotten Temple is one of 2 buildings that I know of that boosts QI (that and Tourney grounds)
I'm going to get my 40 battles so I get my first Quantum chest (since I've gotten 30 already), but then I think I'm done with Quantum Incursions until something radically changes.
It's supposed to be a free to play type of game. Right ¿?: not hardly. FoE like all forms of business , is designed to make money 💰 . Unfortunately The junk from some events is better than most Gbs . However , in order to get those best rewards either spend your overtaxed money. What's more important ? A fantasy game or taking care of Real Life ?
Funny this video came out moments after I deleted my Traz. With the new boosts to the Emissaries and the Egyptian building, I now have 59 extra units a day, so no real need for it, given I was already getting about 80 from the donkey enclosures and other little buildings. With no GVG, there really is no purpose for the Traz
I about fell out my chair today when I saw how ENORMOUS the boosts were to the settlement reward buildings. I was flat-out shocked. I'll have to check the emissaries.
Maybe the developers will one day figure out a reasonable way to store GB's...But yeah, like you, I wonder if other GB's might be boosted in the future?
I liked this video. It provided some context to what I have been feeling The Orchard of Orange with its forge point award plus a BG double is a game changer. Great video. I will have to read instructions i've been given from guild bosses on QI. I struggle for enough time in the game, playing on 5 worlds and being a GbG fighter, I struggle to have the additional time or interest in bothering to work out QI but I might find it interests me

I'm 5yrs into this game in the last few months my gb's have been axed apart from your list of keepers plus tor and tower. kept the tor purely due to it's lvl so all the buildings i get go into dealer . Traz went soon as GVG was going to go . I'm not a big diamond buyer once a yr I may buy some during sales. Just about ready to go to Titan lvl in September and will build the new gb's that's going to cost a huge amount .
Yes, I can see where that would be very tempting! Just keep this in mind: I just used a tool that indicated the following: "To go from level 91 to 125 of "The Blue Galaxy", the owner has to invest 333,885 FPs. Total cost of levels: 462,300 FPs, using 1.90 threads.
I want to see players fighting above attrition 150 everyday without the Alcatraz. My attack is 5.3k/4.3k in GBG and it costs me around 2k nailstorms on each season, because I autobattle until 160 every day, and then I mix auto and manual above it. That means about 1.5k diamonds profit per season. I don't really want to earn less diamonds. How much land I must fill with random buildings to support this demand? 4 months producing onlly nailstorms in my traz level 100 and my rogues dropped 10k. So from where am I getting the rogues I need? And for those in SAT thinking about the Ethereal Airship, don't forget that each of them burn 4k of your population. Which means that you must keep crappy buildings that give you population to support that. And once Space Age Hub comes out with a different demand, what you'll do? Build the Traz again? Delete the Alcatraz and you'll never be a top fighter. That's the biggest mistake a player can make.

I agree with you. I don't even get that far with attrition (115 was my maximum), and I had to put down a military building to recruit troops because I would ran out otherwise. So right now, for people who fight a lot, Alcatraz is still a must have GB. But for the others? I don't think so
12 celestial stages of ages give 144 nailstorm/day in SAAB (ranged units) and give population. With 192 squares of space in total (roads not included). VS a trazz of 70 squares + 24 squares for the nailstorm building. Makes a trazz of level 146 still more efficient. It may takes a while longer to set-up but offers a more efficient units production. Which saves the equivalent of space for over 6 celestial stages of ages. Only redeemable quality of the celestial stages over a trazz are the military buffs it provides but doubt they would make a difference for a higher attrition level
You can already see buildings like stage of ages producing 12 nailstorms each for you. Why do you think that is the pinnacle of what we will get? The winter pyramid provides units and population. Random units sure, but then you just need 5x as many. You can get rouges from the cider garden which doesn't cost population or happiness. You'll always have some population too. Plenty of very strong buildings produce population just as a bonus. Might as well spend it on something. I have all of these (winter pyramid, cider garden, soa) not even for their unit production. They are in my city for the attack boost and fp production. These unit producers don't have to produce more units per square than the traz, only make your general unit production so high that you can't spend all the units, and I'm sure that will happen eventually.
@@benjamingamer7629 Is it more efficient though? That az + barracks provide 0 attack bonus. Those 12 SoA provide 528 attack boost, and population for other efficient buildings, and 372 fp. Getting that 528 attack boost through other means also take space. The SoA is pretty efficient on attack per square already so you need something even more efficient just to start gaining on that 528 you are behind.
Mate, Traz is a must have. If U go high atrition on GB (140+) on a regukar basis, You WILL flame your troops. I have a 90 traz, at SAAB, and it' s not enough. Furthemore, here it' s range units U wanna have. Where will You get that 100 troops I need every day?

I fight to 180+ attrition as an O-world top 20 player. My level 150 Traz is essential on keeping enough fast troops as I can burn through 6 for every attack at very high attrition. I'm clearing 10k fights each GB season
What world do you play in and how long have you played I have been in u world for 5 years I have to totally revamp my city so much new stuff I will try your inventory tool that right now is my biggest issue you have given me a for items to think about
I play in US/Langendorn. I started playing in the summer of 2020 during covid. Yes, the inventory tool comes in really handy, especially with tracking all the fragments and event selection kits, which can be used for so many things. It shows you all of your options in a very organized way. Really appreciate you checking out the video.

@@BardoFarkins AO only helps if units are in the same age, so future units don’t profit from it in INA. But it’s not any easy decision to tear it down ;)
The AO is definitely not simply an extra 150 attack. The amount of additional bonus attack is dependent on what your attack for attacking army number is. When a unit attacks another unit from the same age, it has a chance of dealing 1.5 times the normal damage.

Lol, cf is so bad. You have to do so many recurring quests just to recoup the goods that you could have produced in that space. And you're getting 0 attack boost and very few fp from those recurring quests. Then it is a big time commitment too. You are committing to do recurring quests every day, else you are losing goods and fp. Himeji castle you're going to use automatically, but CF is a completely different action that you wouldn't do without it. Delete it and place feta farms in its stead. You'll produce lots of goods, and you get attack boost and fp on top without doing any extra work. Though I hear GB have a planned buff coming, so maybe keep it for now until we see what the buffs are.
I just do not agree....but that's fine! Personally, I think the CF is an absolute powerhouse when leveled high and when combined with a high level Arc. Particularly for early to mid level players. The amount of goods provided along with extra FP's and other rewards is astronomical.
@@BardoFarkins How much is "astronomical? If you do complete 10 recurring quests per day at level 80 it's 7.1fp and 107.2 goods. My word for that is "insignificant".

Doing regular gameplay and a fair amount of RQ’s it is not a challenge at all to hit 100 times a day, so that would be 4,300 goods in one day. I think that is plenty. Sometimes way more than that. 🤷♂️ People can judge for themselves.
@@BardoFarkins 100 hits at 35.75% chance is 280 per day. How long does that take? Over an hour for sure. Probably 2 hours. It's not quick like doing 280 fights in battlegrounds. If you are saying that CF is great based on spending hours every day day only farming RQ that is important info to not leave out the way you did in the video.

ONLY THING FoE IS DOING NOW IS PUSHING FOLKS TO BUY DIAMONDS and CHEEST in Quest and scamming folks in GBG whit 20% were one will end closer to 23-28% on sektors it made strong fighters garther in monster guilds bulling smaller guilds no swap meet anymore :(
If I were running a business and one of the goals was to generate revenue, I would do what I could to increase sales. I feel like INNO has been able to keep the game enjoyable as a free-to-play game, while still offering incentives to buy diamonds. In four years of playing, I have maybe bought diamonds once or twice, neither time spending much at all - yet I have enjoyed the game and I feel like I have done pretty well without having to invest my own money. It is a fine line that, overall, I feel they have walked pretty well.
Remake this now lol, AO is now useless for everyone under titan, 30 next age troops from an eco + rogues is all you need and the fact that all the buildings you listed as better than the GBs are now not worth placing in just 5 months is insane
As much as I appreciate you watching the video and sharing your perspective, I strongly disagree. To say that the “AO is now useless for anyone under Titan” is just flat-out incorrect. If you consider yourself a GbG fighter, the AO is the most important GB for that purpose - period. I am very confident that FoE Nation is going to back me up on this stance.
@@BardoFarkins Personally i have barely ever used same age troops, maybe i am alone on this and maybe its because im still doing some of the more important GBs and my AO sits idle at a low level and i am not affected by its bonus but to me it is one of the buildings that isnt useful until a high level, however you are likely correct in that it is curial for fighers in higher eras, i revoke my statment that it is useless however i stand by that it shows even the most immune GBs can be powercrept, thanks for the reply.
Since we've all been playing Forge of Fragments, the Blue Galaxy has probably become my most useful building.

Thanks so much - Yes, the Seed Vault has become quite popular, but I just have never planted it. But I'm sure there are plenty of people that believe it deserves to be on the Least Vulnerable list! Thanks for watching.
Seed vault is also vulnerable because its production is fixed. It is only really valuable because of the diamonds and its value depends heavily on how you value those diamonds. I value 1 diamond = 20 fp and that's what makes it very safe in my city, but if you value it as 1 diamond = 5 fp, then it is already worse than the feta farm.

#1 building other than the Arc is definitely the Blue Galaxy. always rush it to level 55. Aachen is the worst attack/defense building now
It's hard to argue this about BG now, that is for sure! However, I have always been huge on the CF and for me it remains the 2nd most powerful GB. When you have both a high level Arc and a high level CF, the amount of resources you can accrue by doing RQ's is insane. A powerhouse combo. But BG might be a close 3rd for me now. With the change coming of the Antiques Dealer that is live on beta right now the TOR actually becomes more valuable again becaue it can generate a decent amount of stuff to sell at the trader to win more auctions for those finally good kits that they will add once this is live so I think considering that recent change I will have to disagree with you on that building. Before this change I 100% agree with you, now it is just looking brilliant again because the new meta will certainly be completing sets you couldn't from previous events via the antiques dealer.
I have never done beta, but I am super-interested in what they are going to do to with the AD. There is so much potential for this to be a major part of the game and I am hopeful that whatever changes they apply will do just that. Thanks for weighing in!
@@BardoFarkins They will add only kits for auction from summer Event 2023 and onwards meaning all old stuff and mostly useless stuff is gone from auction. Also the dealer itself only costs gems now and coins are strictly for auctions.
I have all the GB's you have with one exception. I recently removed my ToR only because after three years it was only at level 4 because I wasn't getting BP's.
Thanks for watching and weighing in. The ToR has been a pretty good building, but as I said, iy seems to be decreasing in value quite a bit. If they revamp the Antique Dealer, as expected, them maybe that will help it and provide more value.
The updated main settlement buildings makes these effects worse.
I'm going to keep my Traz (hoping they update the GB rewards or give us a way to store GBs) but it's almost worthless now. The Royal Bathhouse now gives 20 units and the unit emissaries changed from giving 1 or 2 units to giving 13 units each. So, the supply of troops (as you mentioned) has greatly increased. But, the need for troops also has greatly declined. QI doesn't use any troops from your city...but GvG did. GvG had a tremendous need for troops....attacking used some troops but DA (defensive army) needs were horrendous for guilds that were actively fighting in GvG. One great thing about the Traz (again, as you mentioned) is it's ability to target what troops you get...even earlier age troops. Now, all our troops needs are for current age only...further reducing the need for a Traz.
My L6 Mughal's Temple gives 107 FP (130 FP with a Forgotten Temple and potentially doubled with the BG) which now overshadows my L100 CC.
When the SG came out there weren't a lot of buildings producing previous age goods. So, at the time, it was worthwhile planting. My L70 SG produces 145 goods, but my L9 Sun Temple produces 310 previous age goods and my L9 Shinto Temple produces 365 previous age goods. The power creep in special buildings and settlement buildings made this fairly worthless.
Although the SV isn't impervious to power creep, it has been hardly effected since it produces so many goods and it produces diamonds...like an entire WW/FoY farm all in one building.
So many great thoughts here, IMO. When I saw the new boosts for the settlement rewards buildings, which happened shortly after posting this video, I about fell out of my chair! Great points about the SV. Thanks for watching and sharing your observations. Great player.
Interesting idea for the video, power creep is definitely the hot topic of the moment in the game.
On your most vulnerable list, I think you've got that about right, although I'd say the HC is still worthy of it's place due to the high supplies production and those days when you get the Spoils of War bonus of 200FPs land multiple times are pretty sweet (450 FPs+ some days).
With all the fragments in the last year or so, the BG is now one of the must have GBs in the game, certainly, as chasing all these sets is a lot easier with one. You are right to highlight the situational nature of the CF, but ultimately it's still pretty much a must have for anyone past the early game - with all the new quests in each era, the CF's multiplier on all the goods and more importantly diamonds is critical. I realise you've stated that it's based on what you've built, but I think you've got to get yourself a SV and that probably goes in the top 5, and bumps the Zeus to maybe 6th. Ubernerd has done a couple of videos on GBs and which is the best for whichever metric you care to examine, and a high level SV comes in fairly close to top for goods and diamonds compared to other GBs. I'm a fairly recent convert in the last 6-8 months or so (same as BG), but for the amount of stuff you get back just for aiding people (and with auto aid it's 3 clicks and a few adverts per day), it's a really valuable GB nowadays.
Really appreciate your thoughts! I know UberNerd is really big on the SV and I certainly respect his recommendations. I've heard mixed things from the folks that I know and trust. Many feel that the recent buzz about it has been over-hyped. I don't know. I would probably like it since I aid everyday anyhow. Again thanks for contributing to the conversation in such a thoughtful way.
You talk about the devaluation of GB's and how Arc may be less important. No as you described some GB's are more valuable, especially BG and the SAT GB's. Some are less valuable but GB's will always have value it just may be different ones. So FP's will always have value. BP's and medals will have value and having a lv180 ARC will always be valuable.
What kind of sucks is having to delete lv100+ GB's because what was once good is no longer good and the city space is better used for something else.
GB tend to become more and more expensive as you level them up. Eventually you gain almost nothing for a new level. For example the arc itself caps out at x2 bonus at level 180. Eventually are "finished" with all of your gb or they gain so little for each new level that each fp is worth very little. At that point you may not care about fp unless your goal is to have the biggest gbs on the server.

Yes, i also like my chateau frontenac and spend a lot of fPs building it up.coz i like the extra diamonds....since i have no intention of ever spending money.....)))...fallen into the money pit trap before on laptop games and will not do so again!....its insane in games like world of tanks for instance.......serious money needed to be competetive....they are only pixels!!)))

It's ~40 battles per day. Way less than gbg, but still way too many for manual battles to work in the long run. I am glad they added a lot more qi bonuses so we can autobattle now. I agree that manual battles are more fun, but it has to be a lot fewer.
If you are in a level 100 guild, your traz produces troops every 15 hours. Where as the event buildings produce every 24. Just another thought to keep in mind.

Actually I wanted to ask about the Kraken. That was next on my chopping block but you didn't mention it. It may be that you already consider it done for.
I have never had the Kraken. The fact that it would help me for such a tiny percentage of my overall fights just was never appealing to me.
I never built it either. It's essentially just a FP building. It's tentacles attempts are just too few. AO far superior.
In the first few days of QI, I did all the battles manually. But later, when I started accumulating troops, I switched to auto battle. Right now, for example, I have 100+ ballistas, so I don't see the point of doing manual fights, since I'm losing only 1 troop per fight and I can recruit at least 40 every day.
About your list, I think you made good points, although I think that Traz is still relevant for fighters and ToR is kinda needed if you have a diamond farm (ok, I know that at most you'll get maybe 2 FoY per month at level 100 doing all 5 levels of GE, but that still something). Zeus still being this efficient is the reason I only built this GB on my new diamond farm world. Blue Galaxy, it's funny because I took a long time to finally build it, but now is one of my faves together with The Arc.

ToR is also important to QI since as of right this moment Forgotten Temple is one of 2 buildings that I know of that boosts QI (that and Tourney grounds)
I'm going to get my 40 battles so I get my first Quantum chest (since I've gotten 30 already), but then I think I'm done with Quantum Incursions until something radically changes.

It's supposed to be a free to play type of game. Right ¿?: not hardly. FoE like all forms of business , is designed to make money 💰 . Unfortunately The junk from some events is better than most Gbs . However , in order to get those best rewards either spend your overtaxed money. What's more important ? A fantasy game or taking care of Real Life ?
Got Ride of TOR aboyt 7 mobths ago. And it was the best decision ive ever made. i forget it exists from time to time.
I use it for farming Castle System points, so it is quite helpful for me.
Funny this video came out moments after I deleted my Traz. With the new boosts to the Emissaries and the Egyptian building, I now have 59 extra units a day, so no real need for it, given I was already getting about 80 from the donkey enclosures and other little buildings. With no GVG, there really is no purpose for the Traz
I about fell out my chair today when I saw how ENORMOUS the boosts were to the settlement reward buildings. I was flat-out shocked. I'll have to check the emissaries.
Only thing holding me off on deleting Traz is the happiness.
I'm hesitating to remove great buildings. They boosted the observatry, maybe they will boost other great buildings in the future?
Maybe the developers will one day figure out a reasonable way to store GB's...But yeah, like you, I wonder if other GB's might be boosted in the future?
I liked this video. It provided some context to what I have been feeling The Orchard of Orange with its forge point award plus a BG double is a game changer. When you get a second one and need space,, how can a Cape even still be in your city? First day watching any of your videos and I just subscribed.

Great video. I will have to read instructions i've been given from guild bosses on QI. I struggle for enough time in the game, playing on 5 worlds and being a GbG fighter, I struggle to have the additional time or interest in bothering to work out QI but I might find it interests me

I'm 5yrs into this game in the last few months my gb's have been axed apart from your list of keepers plus tor and tower. kept the tor purely due to it's lvl so all the buildings i get go into dealer . Traz went soon as GVG was going to go . I'm not a big diamond buyer once a yr I may buy some during sales. Just about ready to go to Titan lvl in September and will build the new gb's that's going to cost a huge amount .

With the new settlement boosts I am taking my BG higher than level 91 to increase the percentage chance up to 73%. I think that is around level 125.
Yes, I can see where that would be very tempting! Just keep this in mind: I just used a tool that indicated the following: "To go from level 91 to 125 of "The Blue Galaxy", the owner has to invest 333,885 FPs. Total cost of levels: 462,300 FPs, using 1.90 threads.

I want to see players fighting above attrition 150 everyday without the Alcatraz.
My attack is 5.3k/4.3k in GBG and it costs me around 2k nailstorms on each season, because I autobattle until 160 every day, and then I mix auto and manual above it. That means about 1.5k diamonds profit per season. I don't really want to earn less diamonds.
How much land I must fill with random buildings to support this demand? 4 months producing onlly nailstorms in my traz level 100 and my rogues dropped 10k. So from where am I getting the rogues I need?
And for those in SAT thinking about the Ethereal Airship, don't forget that each of them burn 4k of your population. Which means that you must keep crappy buildings that give you population to support that. And once Space Age Hub comes out with a different demand, what you'll do? Build the Traz again?
Delete the Alcatraz and you'll never be a top fighter. That's the biggest mistake a player can make.

I agree with you. I don't even get that far with attrition (115 was my maximum), and I had to put down a military building to recruit troops because I would ran out otherwise. So right now, for people who fight a lot, Alcatraz is still a must have GB. But for the others? I don't think so
12 celestial stages of ages give 144 nailstorm/day in SAAB (ranged units) and give population. With 192 squares of space in total (roads not included). VS a trazz of 70 squares + 24 squares for the nailstorm building. Makes a trazz of level 146 still more efficient. It may takes a while longer to set-up but offers a more efficient units production. Which saves the equivalent of space for over 6 celestial stages of ages. Only redeemable quality of the celestial stages over a trazz are the military buffs it provides but doubt they would make a difference for a higher attrition level
You can already see buildings like stage of ages producing 12 nailstorms each for you. Why do you think that is the pinnacle of what we will get? The winter pyramid provides units and population. Random units sure, but then you just need 5x as many. You can get rouges from the cider garden which doesn't cost population or happiness. You'll always have some population too. Plenty of very strong buildings produce population just as a bonus. Might as well spend it on something.
I have all of these (winter pyramid, cider garden, soa) not even for their unit production. They are in my city for the attack boost and fp production. These unit producers don't have to produce more units per square than the traz, only make your general unit production so high that you can't spend all the units, and I'm sure that will happen eventually.
@@benjamingamer7629 Is it more efficient though? That az + barracks provide 0 attack bonus. Those 12 SoA provide 528 attack boost, and population for other efficient buildings, and 372 fp. Getting that 528 attack boost through other means also take space. The SoA is pretty efficient on attack per square already so you need something even more efficient just to start gaining on that 528 you are behind.
Mate, Traz is a must have. If U go high atrition on GB (140+) on a regukar basis, You WILL flame your troops. I have a 90 traz, at SAAB, and it' s not enough. Furthemore, here it' s range units U wanna have. Where will You get that 100 troops I need every day?

I fight to 180+ attrition as an O-world top 20 player. My level 150 Traz is essential on keeping enough fast troops as I can burn through 6 for every attack at very high attrition. I'm clearing 10k fights each GB season

I play in US/Langendorn. I started playing in the summer of 2020 during covid. Yes, the inventory tool comes in really handy, especially with tracking all the fragments and event selection kits, which can be used for so many things. It shows you all of your options in a very organized way. Really appreciate you checking out the video.

BG and AO are the only GBs that get better as power-creep gets worse.
I think the math is off for the AO. The 150 bonus is additive, not multiplicative. It's just an extra 150 attack, not 1.5% of your total attack.
The AO is definitely not simply an extra 150 attack. The amount of additional bonus attack is dependent on what your attack for attacking army number is. When a unit attacks another unit from the same age, it has a chance of dealing 1.5 times the normal damage.

QI Manual battling makes it a hard NO for me. Not gonna happen. I'm doing QI in my main city, but it's all auto battle.
I'll tell you. I'm getting hammered even manual fighting. It would be even wore for me auto fighting. I just don't know what to think of QI yet. Thanks for sharing.

Lol, cf is so bad. You have to do so many recurring quests just to recoup the goods that you could have produced in that space. And you're getting 0 attack boost and very few fp from those recurring quests. Then it is a big time commitment too. You are committing to do recurring quests every day, else you are losing goods and fp. Himeji castle you're going to use automatically, but CF is a completely different action that you wouldn't do without it.
Delete it and place feta farms in its stead. You'll produce lots of goods, and you get attack boost and fp on top without doing any extra work.
Though I hear GB have a planned buff coming, so maybe keep it for now until we see what the buffs are.
I just do not agree....but that's fine! Personally, I think the CF is an absolute powerhouse when leveled high and when combined with a high level Arc. Particularly for early to mid level players. The amount of goods provided along with extra FP's and other rewards is astronomical.
@@BardoFarkins How much is "astronomical? If you do complete 10 recurring quests per day at level 80 it's 7.1fp and 107.2 goods. My word for that is "insignificant".

Doing regular gameplay and a fair amount of RQ’s it is not a challenge at all to hit 100 times a day, so that would be 4,300 goods in one day. I think that is plenty. Sometimes way more than that. 🤷♂️ People can judge for themselves.
@@BardoFarkins 100 hits at 35.75% chance is 280 per day. How long does that take? Over an hour for sure. Probably 2 hours. It's not quick like doing 280 fights in battlegrounds. If you are saying that CF is great based on spending hours every day day only farming RQ that is important info to not leave out the way you did in the video.

ONLY THING FoE IS DOING NOW IS PUSHING FOLKS TO BUY DIAMONDS and CHEEST in Quest and scamming folks in GBG whit 20% were one will end closer to 23-28% on sektors it made strong fighters garther in monster guilds bulling smaller guilds no swap meet anymore :(
If I were running a business and one of the goals was to generate revenue, I would do what I could to increase sales. I feel like INNO has been able to keep the game enjoyable as a free-to-play game, while still offering incentives to buy diamonds. In four years of playing, I have maybe bought diamonds once or twice, neither time spending much at all - yet I have enjoyed the game and I feel like I have done pretty well without having to invest my own money. It is a fine line that, overall, I feel they have walked pretty well.
Remake this now lol, AO is now useless for everyone under titan, 30 next age troops from an eco + rogues is all you need and the fact that all the buildings you listed as better than the GBs are now not worth placing in just 5 months is insane
As much as I appreciate you watching the video and sharing your perspective, I strongly disagree. To say that the “AO is now useless for anyone under Titan” is just flat-out incorrect. If you consider yourself a GbG fighter, the AO is the most important GB for that purpose - period. I am very confident that FoE Nation is going to back me up on this stance.
@@BardoFarkins Personally i have barely ever used same age troops, maybe i am alone on this and maybe its because im still doing some of the more important GBs and my AO sits idle at a low level and i am not affected by its bonus but to me it is one of the buildings that isnt useful until a high level, however you are likely correct in that it is curial for fighers in higher eras, i revoke my statment that it is useless however i stand by that it shows even the most immune GBs can be powercrept, thanks for the reply.
