- Zahara is an Afrosoul singer from South Africa, she sings in her native tongue Xhosa and English. She plays an Acoustic guiter and writes her own music. She broke a record in SA when her Album Loliwe, a debute album went platnum in 2 weeks. She also won 8 SAMA awards, thus best new comer, best produced album, song of the year and more.
This is the 8th track from her album Loliwe, enjoy! - Hudba
Who else came back here upon learning of Zahara's passing?💔
This song always uplifted me in my dark days
Me😢
I'm here I' m almost agemates with her,and I listened to her songs from......when I was young
Me too❤❤❤
It's heartbreaking😥
I loved Zahara and her songs always took me away from the troubles and cares of this world. I vowed my first Daughter would be named after her. Will always love you Zahara. Rest in Glory.😢😢😢
The song that encouraged me through my pregnancy when baby daddy decided to leave, and I healed alright...your legacy lives on. Love you Zahara even in death😇
RIP legend , this sinks deep those that agree here lets gather here as we honour our Legend . Rest rest Zahara😢
This is my favorite song from her, when I learn of her untimely passing I just had to play it in her memory.. MHSRIP😢. 😔😓😭😭😭
When this song was released I was in my 20's had the joy of a new car and I listened to Zahara on my maiden voyage. I was also engaged to be married the following year. Fast forward to present day I am widowed and raising two girls by myself and I pray for the day that I will have one less tear. Back then it was just a song, one catchy melody I enjoyed humming to and now it rings so true to my life and ironically also must be true to what Zahara is currently going through in her career. Life neh full of twists and turns.
Hugs to you sis 🤗🤗🤗 may the good Lord continue to see you through😍
I pray for grace through these times. I pray the good Lord gives you strength, replace the sorrow with joy and your faith and hope take you further. I am happy you found the spirit the song carried in it all. All grace for all good works and you raise those two girls. I don't know but much love and hugs.
Love and light sis ❤️❤️
So sorry to hear that, hang in there! 🙂
I'm so tearful because your story since this song has always made me tearful. I'm sorry my lady... stay strong❤

Zahara i love you.please come to Zimbabwe
First album for Zahara but this song is still my number one. The words '""FOR ME TO SAY I UNDERSTAND IS NOT ENOUGH, ALL I CAN SAY HOLD ON"" make me cry every time I listen to this song. IT IS OKAY.
this song, I listen, I listen and I listen again and again without being sated ...... well before I even know what she's talking. today I have the lyrics translated into French. it makes me hugely well to listen and at the same time to know what she's talking.....
I believed every word you spoke to me when you said you will never live me by myself you will never let face the world by myself, but its ok😍😻
2019 and this is still one of my favorite songs by Zahara... The first album was fire shame 🔥 🔥
Another bird has grown
another part of each of us is gone, yeah
Another right has been wronged
But we go on until, until
The words of each of us are all too real
till I am not able to feel how you feel
And I cannot say how long it will take for you to heal
But I believe you healed, you healed, you healed,
I believe you healed, you will, you will
someday your broken heart will mend, yeah yeah
And you will find your smile again, yeah yeah
So take your time, for time is what it's gonna take
And then you awake to find there's one less tear
I believe you healed, you healed, you healed,
I believe you healed, you’ll be healed, you will be healed x3
The world has let you down, aaah
The words could explain could not be found, uuh
For me to say I understand is not enough
All I can say is hold on, until,
someday your broken heart will mend, yeah yeah
And you will find your smile again, yeah yeah
So take your time, for time is what it's gonna take
And then you awake to find there's one less tear
I believe you healed, you healed, you healed,
I believe you healed, you’ll be healed, you will be healed x2
See I, I believe every word u spoke to me, yeah, yeah
When u said you never leave me by myself,
But I am facing this world all by myself, its ok, it is ok,
Coz when you're gone I'll have my guitar x2
I'll find it home where I left it sitting & waiting for me
Coz when you're gone I'll have my guitar
Coz when all of my friends are gone I will have my guitar
Coz when everybody is gone I’ll have my guitar
I'll find it home where I left it sitting & waiting for me
When you are gone
Coz when all of my friends are gone I will have my guitar
Coz when everybody is gone I’ll have my guitar
I'll find it home where I left it sitting & waiting for me
Aaah, I’ll have my guitar
I’ll have a guitar
plz continue

hope your family will take good care of your guiter now that you are gone...and keep it for future generation so that it can serve as an inspiration to all those without hope; to say a girl from the eastern cape...deep remote rural area ''PHUMLANI'' was discovered and became one of the best musician and captured the heart of africans with her SOUL music. it should serve as a pillar of hope, courage and wisdom and also to say, ''you can make it'' REGARDLESS of where you come from...its possible child. # RIP Bulelwa aka ''Zahara.''
