I’m not defending Soojin or anything because I don’t know exactly what happen between them but the result said A is not guilty right?
Not guilty means there is lack of evidence to prove he/she is guilty of something.
I also know that SK follows the innocent till proven guilty system. So I would wait for more actual evidence before siding. I’m not trying to convince if you already made up your mind but there is seems to be a misconception on how the not guilty works.
Just because A is not guilty, its doesn’t mean A is completely innocent either.
So lets say A murdered B but the court rules that A is not guilty due to a lack of evidence. Its doesn’t mean A is completely innocent either. For all we know A could have killed B then destroy the evidence(s) to prove A was the one who killed B.
From what I see
Neither side can prove who is or is not the bully. All we have is their statements nothing more which explains the court decision because neither can prove this or that side is lying. And I agree with the court decision how are u gonna find evidences years and possibly decades after what did/did not happen?
I’m just saying as a someone who has understanding of law. So don’t accuse me of siding with this or that person.

I can’t even express how upset Soojin’s case makes me. She was literally forced to give up on her dream, a dream that she BEGGED her father to let her pursue, so prematurely just when things were taking off for her solo wise (she was signed to so many brand deals before the accusations). And even after her classmates came to her defence and shin ae herself came out to say that she wasn’t even sure Soojin was involved, Cube STILL did nothing and some people still believe she deserved to have her career end? 폭로 올라오기 전부터 '수진 학폭'이 연관검색어에 뜨고 한 지식in에 ''아이들 수진 학폭 연관검색어에 뜨던데 학폭 사실이냐.''라고 글이 올라오고 네티즌들이 어떤 웹툰의 '수진'이라는 캐릭터의 이야기다. 루머다''라고 답변을 했는데 굳이 며칠이 지나서 폭로자분이 직접 찾아가 '사실이에요. 제대로 준비해서 폭로하겠습니다. 라고 답변과 답댓이 달림. →굳이 올라온 지 며칠 지난 지식in에 직접 찾아가 댓글을 단다? 당시에 폭로 준비중이였다 해도 지식in에 당시 루머 정도로 이야기가 나돌던 수진의 학폭을 서치할 이유는 무엇이었을까?

이번 일에 대해서 수진에게 불리하거나, 실제를 과장, 혹은 와전해서 기사를 쓰던 '이선명 기자님'은 폭로자 분과 컨택이 있었던 걸로 밝혀짐.

폭로글 중에 폭로자 동생분이 직접 등판해서 수진 때문에 악화됐다던 혈소판 감소증에 대해 이야기 한 적 있었는데 수진에게 괴롭힘 당했다고 주장했던 시기는 1학년, 혈소판 감소증 악화는 그 이후. 시기도 맞지 않고 혈소판 감소증이 스트레스로 인해 악화된다는 건 의학적으로 불가해서 네티즌들이 의혹 제기를 하자 폭로자분이 학창시절 학폭으로 인한 스트레스의 영향이 아예 없다고는 볼 수 없을 것 같아 '언급한 것입니다.' 라고 발언. 이 의혹도 제기되자 혈소판 감소증에 대한 언급은 아예 입장문에서 삭제됨. →언급한 것입니다? 혈소판 감소증에 대한 이야기는 동생분이 직접 글을 쓰셨는데 마치 자신이 쓴 거 처럼 다시 말을 바꾼 이유는 무엇일까? 말이 바꾼 게 아니라면, 동생이 썼다는 글도 사실은 폭로자분이 쓴 게 아닐까? 그게 아니여도 폭로에서 당당했다면 삭제하지 않아도 될 것을 삭제한 이유는?

폭로자분 스스로 ''수진의 탈퇴를 원하지 않고 수진의 인생을 망칠 생각도 없다. 나는 사과만 받길 원한다.''고 하셨는데 큐브 측에서 폭로자분께 만남을 제안했을 때 수진이 학폭을 스스로 인정해야 만나줄 거라고 함. 그리고 인스타 스토리엔 ''대중에게 수진이 학폭 가해자로 낙인 찍혔으니 그것을 위안으로 삼아야겠다.''라고 스토리를 올리심 그리고 수진의 탈퇴 소식이 큐브 공지에 올라오자마자 인스타 스토리에 탈퇴 공지 전문 스샷을 올리심. →수진 인생을 망칠 생각 자체가 없는데 학폭 자체를 인정해야만 대면 요구를 들어줄 거고, 대중에게 낙인 찍혔으니 그것을 위안 삼는다? 언행불일치 아닐까? 정말 사과만을 받길 원하셨다면 진작 대면에서 사과를 받던지, 오해였다면 오해를 풀던지 하는 게 정상적일텐데. 처음엔 큐브 법무팀과 대면 후 수진과의 대면이 있었는데 수진과의 대면 때도 수진이 과거에 욕했던 것에 대해 한 번 더 사과했고, 쥬스 사건과 같은 건 기억이 안 난다는 게 아니라 ''하지 않은 일을 사과하라고 하면 어떡하냐.''라고 이야기를 했는데 기사로는 ''수진이 기억나지 않는다.''라고 발언했다고 기사가 나감. 수진은 '하지 않은 일'이라고 말함.(이 부분은 폭로자분도 라이브를 통해 확실하게 정정하심.) 처음에 법무팀과 만났던 건 폭로자측에서 수진과의 만남을 거부했기 때문. 또한 대중에게 학폭가해자로 낙인 찍힌 걸 위안 삼는다는 것, 탈퇴 공지를 바로 스토리에 올리신 것 자체가 수진의 아이돌로서의 삶 자체를 망하길 원하셨다는 거 아닐까?
