I just found your show....how delightful! I want to get your book. You explain very well, and in sufficient detail. Tomorrow morning when the plants' juices are still high, I'll clip ours & have some in Salad! The rest is for tea. What a happy discovery!!!
What other herbs do you teach?
Good to know about wilted leaves, which I had heard about cherry leaves (cows have been poisoned, I think), but I guess the rose family shares this characteristic. Thank you!
I didn't know the leaves and stems are edible as well...thank you for this information!

Can you talk about type2 diabetes.
He had that as a kid, I believe and healed with raw food (fruit & greens, & veg) - and I think the highlight is the smoothies with raw greens (leafy) and fruit (and water) only. For me, I turned around hypoglycemia, a precursor to diabetes, with daily green drinks, as I call them (smoothies - fruit & greens & water only) twice a day!
@@pamelat.2104 Nice my mom reversed her full blown diabetes type 2 in her seventees with herbs and foods ...amazing.
