This shoe is expensive but it defines futuristic not to be a headass but who ever wouldve thought air could be an all around sole for a shoe? Nike surprised the whole word with the invention of airmax i just got mine and they are definitely not true to size i had to get size 12 but even that was tight and uncomfortable but it grew on me and i love them if they were 120 that would be perfect but i understand it’s just marketing towards the youth
Just got these for $140 on champs, only the all black pair isn't restricted for discount, they may have messed up. I'm a 12.5 so decided to go 13. Pumped!
Oddly, I found the exact opposite of your very first Pro. I went up half a size (true-to-size was extremely tight), but still found they needed a good two week break-in period. After that, the upper seemed to allow a little more wiggle room, and the air bubble had a bit more bounce. They were substantially more comfortable after that period than they were initially. That break-in period also included a period of acclimating to not catching the air bubble on day-to-day objects. Even walking down stairs initially saw me dragging the heel down a stair, so you're exactly right when you say you have to get used to walking in them! Speaking of which, I don't think many people will buy the 720 for running. It was marketed deliberately as a lifestyle shoe, not a performance one, and even the packaging makes note of being developed for taking "steps not strides", so I don't think they'd have to put up with the same abuse as your typical running shoe. I do agree that they're heavy on feet as well. Compared to my VaporMax or my flyknit 270, they feel twice the weight, and the upper is far less breathable. They're not a shoe you'd wear for long periods of time in a warm climate; your feet would be a sweaty mess. Are they super comfortable though? After the initial period, yes, absolutely. Would I still recommend them? Yes. I love the feel of the 720 air unit under foot.

The 270 is a complete waste of time and I think they are ugly. You have a great taste in sneakers and the videos are quality. I actually haven't had the walking issue. I think it all comes down to knowing how to walk properly. Only times I've had a small issue was walking on slopes. Then the problem becomes real for me.
I had the sunset colorway and returned them. Accidentally kept the extra orange laces. Bought the black ones and replaced the shoe laces. They look like Hornets
I have the Pink Sea version of these, and I don’t know if it’s just me, but they tend to slip off of my foot as I walk. They’re great shoes and a very nice design

What’s up bro. I honestly wouldn’t suggest these if you’re gonna be on your feet all day. It also depends on what you’re gonna be doing, while you’re standing. Not because of comfort but because of the air bubble. If this shoe wasn’t 180 bucks, I would say go for it.... There’s cheaper shoes, that would be just as comfortable, while lasting longer. I may be the only person to find these super uncomfortable. They were the most comfortable when standing around. But I move around and they were clunky and made my feet hurt. JMO
Had mine 2 weeks now and even tho the 1st time I walked down a flight of stairs I almost fell arse over tit and broke my neck, I still love em. Once they mould to your feet and you get used to the high air bubble they are the most comfortable trainers I've ever wore. I have the jade/blue version and they pop so hard

PSA: The toe area is tight. You probably need to go up half a size or up a full size. I wear a 11 in most Nike shoes but for the Air Max 720 I had to go a full size up and get a 12 and it's much more comfortable.
I like this shoe but i dont think its worth 180 Also ventilation sucks , foot gets really hot on sunny days. There is a mesh x3 black version though. At first they were stiff but after 2 weeks my pair broke in. For 180 id rather buy Ultra Boost.
Will the airbags support someone who is larger? Like a professional wrestler or pro athlete? Someone over 225 lbs? Or would they pop sooner than expected under the pressure. Thoughts on the Jordan Proto Max 720s? I think it looks better than the regular 720s because of it actually having an upper, which makes it look like a normal shoe.
