The Rockville Brass Band performs Someone to Watch Over Me, composed by George Gershwin, arranged by Mark Freeh, featuring Vince DiMartino on trumpet and Olivia Malin on cornet. Gershwin wrote the song for the musical Oh Kay! (1926). The song rose to second on the charts in 1927 during one of its hit seasons on Broadway, prior to success in London. The Rockville Brass Band performed under the baton of Rachel Zephir on June 16, 2024, at the Parilla Performing Arts Center in Rockville, MD.
