Mam mai bsc 3rd year me hu but mai kitna bhi mehnt krti hu mera no.nhi bhut accha nhi rhta hai mai bhut presan rhti hu mai bhut mehnt krti hu to bhi silly mistake hota hai isliye mai disappointed ho jati hu😢😢
disappoint hone se kuch mistake thik nhi hogi isliye try kro ki ap apni silly mistakes par kaam kro and thoda revision par dhyan dijiye. Revision bhut jruri hai along with practising questions. And don't forget mehnat ek na ek din rang laati hai. So keep working hard

Ma'am mera previously plan tha ki net jrf krke assistant professor ki preparation krna or post lena tha but jb Maine jrf qualify kiya to mere seniors or professor's ne mujhe suggest kiya ki Ph.D krna chahiye or ye bhi pta chla ki assistant professor me jane k bad NOC nhi milti h or sath hi promotion or increments bhi km hote hain toh main decide kiya ki ab mujhe Ph.D krna chahiye but ma'am main thoda confuse hun, agar Ph.D duration me hi Assistant Professor ki vacancy aa jayegi toh kaise manage krunga, mera ultimately goal hi assistant professor h,,, mujhe bilkul v smjh me nhi aa rha h ma'am😢 kya krun or kya nhi 😢 Or agar Ph.D krnta hun toh acche university ya institute se krun ???

start preparing for CSIR-NET which will cover most of the syllabus of all the exams in the chemistry field. Take coaching, prepare your own notes, start studying and start applying for the different posts. But if you have interest in research then you can join phd.

Good morning maam! Maam I am about to join Phd in Organic Chemistry from BHU, maam I have also done B.ed! Ma'am my question is ki maam which pathway has better job chances, maam want to be a teacher only and I am currently teaching in a coaching to I found ki teaching is what I love, please suggest maam.
See.... Becoming a Professor through PhD is a very long journey and if you have interest in research, then only join PhD otherwise go for PGT through your B.Ed.

state alag se exam conduct karta hai assistant professor ke liye jisme written exam and interview hota hai and waha NET eke eligibility hoti hai. although PhD compulsory nhi hai waha but PhD jisne kri hai unko 30 marks extra milte hai.
