I don't think she's part American, I think she's pure Filipino, she had humble beginnings she would sing to passersby while selling on the streets. She took a break for a while but recently promoted her song. She also sang this on Little Big Shots. There's also a kid from Voice Kids called Reynan from a tribe with an angelic voice.
