The first GotFriends product I've ever bought! Absolutely amazing for checking out photogrammetric cities up close those times when an ultralight or bush plane is too fast, a hot air balloon is too slow, a helicopter is too tricky, and a Pelican is too bulky. And the race courses remind me of Wipeout on the original Playstation and the Matterhorn coaster at Disneyland respectively.
If you do a brief release of the throttle whilst doing a loop or roll, it helps a bit. I REALLY look forward for people to set up group flights using this craft. I flew along with a guy in Dubai last week and trying to climb to the tops of buildings was fun. Keep up the reviews!
I am sure GotFriends developers never sleep and ingest large quantities of alcohol and drugs for inspiration. May their livers withstand the assault because flying GotFriends aircraft is addictive. Vale GotFriends and as usual a great video AV lol
I love this thing, its so much fun. But damn I cannot see these things not being banned or incredibly limited when they come up for sale, lol. My only complaint is I wish they did something a bit more with the ground textures for the race track.
It's based on the "Jetson 1" (well ok it IS a Jetson 1) which went on sale last year. Over 100 have been delivered all over the world (at a cost of 98,000 USD) and they have over 3000 pre-orders.
I appreciate what GotFriends are doing with vehicles like that, but I have to be completely honest: that's a novelty add-on that I would never buy, because I know for a fact that I would only try it once and then never touch it again. I very much prefer proper aircraft for MSFS ... and there are so many of them that no developer has tackled yet that it always makes me a bit sad when development time is wasted on toys like this instead, especially when I know what GotFriends are capable of (Wilga!).
@@Beery1962 I know, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a weird novelty aircraft with a very limited purpose. A Bobby Car is real too, but I don't want to drive one either. 😉

Surely you see that the fact that the Jetson One is a real aircraft counters your assertions that it's a "weird novelty", not a "proper" aircraft and a "toy". The fact is, it IS a real aircraft, it flies in the real world, and it can be useful for daily commutes, sightseeing, and many other uses, and therefore has every right to be in MSFS. Your issue is simply that you don't like it. You have the right to dislike it, but your assertions that it's a "weird novelty", a "toy", and "not a proper aircraft" are nonsense. It's like a truck driver who dislikes commuter vehicles claiming cars are "not real vehicles" because they don't haul freight - it's prejudice.

10€ is easily a steal for this. Great physics and great visibility. Really really good for sightseeing in big cities.

Where is the canyon run? I love the neon light racecourse but can't find anything about the canyon run in the instructions.. any help appreciated!

It's a real aircraft that's in development. There are videos of the real thing in flight. Do a Google search for "Jetson One".
