As an old Phish vet since the mid 90s I can honestly say this is the first band since that time that really snags that vibe Phish had back then. I'm so happy these guys are gaining in popularity. Absolutely amazing band. Can't wait to see them live in person!
There are a ton of decent tier two bands moe, string cheese, wide spread , not even sure goose is even tier three
They really do groove and jam so well! Just saw them in KC a few nights ago. Absolute beauty. Took my breath away
@@billybreathes8088 lol you have phish then all the established acts in their wake ie WSP SCI biscuits moe. umph then you have your small venue PPPP twiddle dopapod spaff then thers goose whos production is on the level of the biscuits and um they arent as big yet but are far ahead of the small venue jammers

Great song! To me, it blends a bit of a Sting vocal feel with a Dead instrumentation. It's a very unique sound, in spite of those possible influences...nice!

There was a guy walking down the queue to get in who was selling MDMA in bagged doses off of a mirrored platter but I didn't notice anyone buy from him.

They were trying to crown billy strings ,my morning jacket (not a good jam band at all to me .Goose swooped in and just took the title hands down. This year new years is in Chicago period .The race was over before it started.Everyones entitled to their own opinion . But ticket sales along with sold out shows will leave you with no doubts my phriend
