Hi gap is not a problem for admission or visa . October will be late for process but still you will have deadlines open to apply for visa . So you may take a chance .

Tolc is must for bachelors.. min marks is 18+.it would b better if u get more than 30 it will b more advantage for engg courses.ielts band is as known 5.5 and I don't think 12th marks are considered.min 55 or 60% is required..but all the above depends upon university requirements.

Don't apply for Italy for your aboard studies. Italy doesn't approve your study Visa, only few lucky students will get their visa approvals. If u have strong financial support then apply. Who are middle class or middle class students don't apply for it, if u want to study in Italy or any other European country, go with erasmus-mundus scholarship. Applying for Italy study visa is a loss of your money, if u belong to poor financial background than u do ur msc from india itself and then go for PhD from Europe or Canada, here u will get fully funded scholarship programs. Don't fall into these free masters from Italy with scholarship it's real,but u seeing here only one side of coin, u didn't see the side of coin , getting study Visa from Italy is luck by chance. Italy is very very bad for your Study aboard destiny
