Kayak Camping Gear List for 2022

In this video I go through the gear list I have been using in 2022 for multi-day kayaking adventures. I was packing for a three-day paddle on the Pine River in Michigan, and I went through each piece of gear, and I also provide some information about budget items that beginners could look into to get started.

The ursack does NOT stop the bear from stomping your food into mush.

That's a good point. I have always tied mine to a tree, but if they get it down, they could definitely stomp it into mush. Fortunately, I haven't run into any issues with bears yet. I'll have to do an update when I do. :)
