Keep working, fellas. This crap is hard and I think a lot people forget that. We as friends and fans GET to watch y’all race. For better or worse, HTF is about you guys and what you go through as racers. Again, that’s as racers. Not always winners, or else it wouldn’t be racing.
Keep it up, my best friends 💪
You're a true friend! Some of these people commenting have no idea what it takes and think they can win every time they get on a track while they are laid up in their mom's basement living off welfare
@@derekdavis8128is there any difference between mom’s welfare and social network welfare?
The impact they’ve had on racing is far bigger than winning. Winning is a selfish aspect of racing. Of course we all chase it, selfishly. But how many kids want to race now? How many people took trips to new tracks in the last few years? How many new fans saw their first races?
I want my friend’s hard work to pay off in Victory Circle. But a win this weekend, last weekend, next weekend, they don’t really matter. That’s so much smaller than some of the hardest working folks I know living their dream and supporting their families while doing it.
@@DigginZ71 People who drive Z71s are so smart. Proud to be in that club.
New drinking game is to drink every time you read a comment about needing a crew cheif/setup guy. Good luck, have fun!
Well I'm drunk now
Straight Alcohol Poisoning 🤦♂
@@edzachary8657me three…
People don’t understand that will never happen. All the money they get from their pay pigs goes straight to the bank.
Ya, lotta never-been’s crapping all over the comments…as usual. 😂
Racing is 90 percent disappointment but that 10 percent will keep you coming back for more. 🏁
People do not understand what it takes to be good at a high level. They also do not understand that staying at home and racing 10 minutes from the house for your entire career is not going to make you better. You have to branch out, take your lumps, build a notebook, and eventually the results will follow. There are no short cuts to success, only dead ends. What you are seeing is the grind of racing firsthand, and every major driver in the country started out the same way. The simple fact is, unless you have done it, you don’t know what it takes.
Also, quit saying Kubota is going to drop them and move on because they are in a rough patch. Kubota didn’t sign them because they are a national championship team with hundreds of wins. They signed them because they put butts in seats and eye balls on TV’s that see that orange and black car with the Kubota logo. Kubota does not see fans, they see potential customers and money in their pockets. And for the amount of views they get, I’m sure they see HTF as a bargain compared to what they spend on Trackhouse in the Cup Series. It’s not the 1980’s anymore, where the only way to have a sponsor get exposure is to win and get your car in victory lane with the trophy girls. Social media has changed the game, and those that can use it to their advantage will absolutely be ahead of those that don’t.
Everyone is so down on the struggles but I’m here for it. New tracks, new experiences, building that book. Dont get me wrong, I’d love to see them win, but riding the struggle bus is how you figure it out.
People seem to forget that the other drivers are also trying to win lol
Nice reading a comment with some braincells behind it. All the people spreading negativity on here just show everyone how clueless they are to how real racing goes.
I can only assume by the length of this post and the abundance of ignorance contained in it that this is someone very young and no actual racing experience at all .
EXACTLY! Well said. So many ignorant people that make ignorant comments.
Good luck Joey, I think you running this week of the hell tour is gonna help out ! When y’all get her dialed in , let her eat!
It’s not the measure of man when he succeeds but rather the fight in him to succeed.
Keep digging! My favorite dirt late model team by far!
I met Jonathon at Tri-City Speedway last night before the races started. I saw him walking by and I mentioned my uncle is a huge fan. I was expecting just a simple"thanks", but he stopped and sat down at my table and we spoke for several minutes. He seemed like a very nice man and I appreciated him sitting and talking for a bit.
I'm watching this on Saturday night before Father's Day. Been very busy. Want to wish all the Father out there a happy Father's Day and God bless all of ya. Looking forward to next Saturday here in Carolina !!! Good luck til then HTF 10 ,,1,,& 56 !!
It was nice chattin with Jessie after the races for a few minutes. Thanks for coning out to our little bullring. Sorry you didn't have a better showing. Keep the heads up. Orange car looks good.
Yeeeeeesh, that B-Main was the very definition of "elbows out"!
Keep on plugging boys . The more you do it the better you’ll get!
I think the more they do the worse they get lmao . They passed more cars in a capital lmao
@@Huntinglife41 I agree, they won far more when they raced in the local circuit, but they sell more Merch now
@@redeyedmongoose2963 agree now they think they can run a long horn thinking they got what the big dogs get when they really don’t they get what regular customers get the bullshit. They get a rocket they would do good rocket across the board has the same stuff nobody is different
@@redeyedmongoose2963 and it’s bad causes capital isn’t that good and that’s saying a lot when you win more and pass more cars in a not as good chassis
They have been racing latemodels since 2010....soooo
Way to get up on the Wheel. Joseph Joiner. Just couldn't get a little break. Lol. Stay up on that Wheel. It's gonna get better. I got faith in ya'll. #10 HTF , BABY !!!!!
It amazes me all the keyboard racers telling the HTF guys what they need to do. I've been there, go out and buy the equipment to go and compete with even Joey. Then come back and tell us how good you are. These guys are doing what they want to do. Do they want to do better, of course we all want that. I look where they have come in the past 5 years on a small budget. I wish you all the best and Happy Fathers Day.
Joseph cranking the wheel from 12 to 9 and RTJs turning his wheel 12to3.. thats set up plain and simple.
It's great content, and I love cheering for their group. I hope they DON'T hire hotshot professional crew folks, crew chiefs, etc. Let em learn and branch out, success will come, and they aren't far off when they are on, its just consistency. Regardless, we're just along for their ride and it's fun to watch, even negative comments just show that folks are invested and making a cool connection. 140k subscribers can't be wrong :)
Thanks to HTF for letting us share their lives through our shared love of dirt track racing. Keep commenting folks :) Comments aren't a bad thing, some are ignorant, but everyone learns, and its the discussion that drives their sponsors more then whether they win at Eldora. The grind is why we watch, and they share it with us, whether we agree or not with their decisions.
Good luck during the rest of Summer Nationals!
I wouldn't worry about it. That's some rowdy racing out there. I told you these guys fight for every position. Time to cowboy up
Illinois racing is completely different than southeast racing. These boys ain’t scared of rubbing hard on another car.
Keep grinding guys love to see you guys back in Peoria
Keep up the grind--have fun--you guys are able to do what you love!
Was super bummed I didn’t get to see y’all at my hometown track. Hoping yall come back
Hit 6 times in 3 laps. Good job guys.
Keep on digging my dudes! 🤘🤙
Keep pushing HTF TEAM 🤙
That was damn good racing and coverage.
Thanks for sharing fellas 👍
I just hope y'all're as frustrate as we are, cause we all know the team as a whole has the potential to be way better than these past few weeks have shown
That B main was a bummer. You had a better car than where you finished. I am Proud of HTF!
Cool to see yall race in person! Hope I can see yall again here soon!
Yall keep working I was there that night supporting yall. Keep digging hoping to make some more races when yall are up here
You guys keep your heads up it's just part of it. Faith goes a long way and you guys have it.
loved seeing you guys there! spoon river is more your guys type of racing fast front and back stretches with banking would love to see you guys there sometime too!
Racing the best will make u better eventually.it dont happen overnight.
Langenfelder won the feature...lol..hes on the side of terbos car now
Good for them. I can't support landfelders business but I can buy a kubota 15 minutes away.
And if it wasn't for HTF langfelder would be just another sticker on a car to 90% of race fans.
Y’all were going in the right direction good job team…
Always fighting the wheel guys geezzz
Can’t wait to see u guys Sunday in sycamore I follow u guys every race y’all r good guys. Me n my bro used to race super late models at sycamore wish u guys best. Run the bottom 😊
Cars look great
Car was really fast up high in 1 n 2 and really good on the bottom in 3 n 4 but there wasn't enough room to get back to the bottom. It was a strong effort. Well get it fixed up n on to the next one. Keep diggin you guys. I am doing line ups at davenport for the summer nationals for the first day of week 2 hopefully y'all can make it. I know y'all have to be back down south for y'all's series but anything can happen. Good luck.
Way to hang with it, rough track and rougher comp, GL Team,,,
I have bit my tongue long enough. Been with you guys from the get go. With that being said, I'm not sure what is going on but change something please. Yall have a top tier sponsor that only drivers dream of and yall are flogging tha dog. Change chassis or something cause yall clearly have the engine department covered pretty good. I don't care if it's pride or whatever but chamge it. Like folks are saying, you have got to find help like you did with Capital. You guys are struggling and seem lost and throwing the kitchen sink at it. Maybe back off and just race local when the HTF series isn't racing and just practice different setups where your not buried in a big race so you can just focus on some testing. I know JoJo can drive as his record speaks for itself. I think the Capital was better but was underpowered back then as to the horsepower you have now. Man I'm so ready to see yall rise above and get back to winning and having a car under you that has tons of forward bite and keeps the front-end under you instead of looking like it's all over the place and in a constant 4 wheel skate. Somethings just is off. Good luck safe travels and keep digging.
Side note, this post isn't up for battle just an observation and a fan wanting them to get it figured out whatever it is!!
It was cool to see you guys at my home track! Sorry the dirt was Rocky as crap!
These boys need to stick with crate racing
That number 97 dude is one awesome guy!! Him and Joiner should team up and kick some arse!
Use to be one of my home tracks we called it the dust bowl 😂. Your in with a good group of guys in the Summer Nationals.
dirt daddy looking good !!!
Been watching yall for a long time off and on and I've learned one important part of racing late model's and it's if u don't qualify close to the front well its just a past time then so yall need to figure out how to qualify close to the front so he has a chance to Winn that's just what I think but I do understand that yall are learning while racing too good deal on that and I will continue to watch yall and pull for yall always so have fun and God bless yall
Had a idea to make that thing fast , Raise the 10 car up real high pull the 20rt under it set it back down
Yall keep your heads up! We will see you @Cherokee Speedway!
Dang right, been waiting on them to come since schedule come out!!!
Can't wait to see what they think about our home track!
Lol honestly I thought I was only one thinking that. I wanna see them in person run but I really just hope they like the place. Be bad if they pulled a turbo and shit on it every time it gets mention lol
@@bbranch30 Terbo just sucks and can't figure it out. 🤣🤣
Tonight at Fairbury HTF qualified 15th ....finished 1 spot out of a transfer.... so he had to run b main and finished in the last transfer position..... Then he started the race in 20th he spun out fell back to 25 got lapped then just a few laps later he parked it finished 22nd.....lol
What a tight little bull ring. Better luck next time.
Being a weekend racer in your local areas is great, but if you are going to get better, you’re going to have to step up and run more with the big boys in order to run on the level that these guys run on 2 to 3 nights a week
Believe ya'll might need to stick to some more local stuff. These guys are in a whole different league.
Can’t get better by sticking to the same tracks over and over
@@tommymulliniks9850 but that’s just it
They aren’t getting any better
Yes you guys need someone to help you guys out! jmo
They have a guy! Same guy that works with Moran and a few other top drivers.
Tough break, seemed like if you guys could have figured out the top side you guys looked fast. As always go get em boys 👍
I love Bobby Pearse he is such a good racer
Come to Davenport next time you make it up this way! You're in the neighborhood!
Them other drivers woke up & chose violence lol
Keep at it guys! Now im just a racer watching from the couch giving unsolicited observations. But over the last dozen races, the cars just seem to be sailing the nose. Not getting down into the RF
Looks like a demolition derby!!
Maybe the locals just didn't give a damn😅 keep hustling guys I'm a true fan win or lose, hope to get to meet y'all sometime I was going to in Clarksville Tennessee but it got rained out
Good luck kids
Can I give my two cents in and saying that these guys are having fun, and that's what racing is about! There's a little bit of geometry involved in racing dirt. What's that?! It's about hitting the perfect apex of any given turn and launch off of it better than anyone else!
Boys all I can say is welcome to the hell tour
Good lord there's a bunch of weapons at this joint!! That's a whole pile of stuntmen racing there
watched u guys on flo tv the other few days nice drivin
Nice you say ?
If the longhorns are seeming to work, y’all are big buddies with Brandon Overton, jump on the infinity chassis, be a part of that tight nit group.
Hope you guys can find something. Seems the Longhorn has been a challenging chassis to conquer.
Sure wish Dirt Daddy would contribute to the videos again
Ol’ Ducttape-Dusty at it agian!
Thanks everybody for watching and sharing opinions. Keep digging, HTF!
how did you guys feel about peoria? very small but tends to be fast sometimes! would love to know how you like the local illinois trucks such as peoria, spoonriver, fairbury
Good to see Dirt Daddy on this trip and hot to see y’all up front
A short handle sled hammer on the back side works great to absorb impact when you need to bend something.
In my opinion from years of doing this and seeing the in-car, you problem is in the left front. It's staying down and never transferring to the R/R. You put a bandaid on it with the r/r work you did but lost a lot of drive off.
Love watching yall and keep it up. 👍👍
🎶the south gonna do it again…and again…
When i was a kid, my dad raced dirt late models and i wandered why they didn't have windshields like NASCAR then i played a sprint car video game and realized immediately why they dont then these onboard videos confirmed my thoughts
I race iRacing dirt. I’m hitting the tearoff button, and don’t even realize it.
Is there a difference in grinding your tires side to side as opposed to long ways with the tread?
It’s a competitive sport and gonna be more downs than ups but that’s racing ! Not sure what going on with set ups but you’ll find it !
Happy Fathers Day to Jesse, Joseph, Jonathan, and Joshua and the HTF Crew!! 👍Car is way off! Lol jk Gettem HTF! Turn is key!! Weight needs to be shifted more towards left side. Rear as whole even body needs looked at and changed. Not a keyboard warrior! 🤣 Just saying. Competion on track, per race shows their hand, look for what is missing in your car! Details of their body and car is way different than yours. Details, Details, Details on wet and rubbered and slick!👍 Gettem next race HTF!
FTH, f*** the haters. Being there at the race turn 1 had a massive hole that made the high side impossible, 90+ degrees and they drench the track and it doesn't dry out, and the track wasn't raceable till the A main. Not making excuses but Peoria is notorious for being really good or really sh** (mostly the case) racing, hench why i normally only go to Fairbury or farmer city. Keep on digging and keep your head up, your living the life these haters want, misery loves company and they love to kick when your down. Thanks Jonathan for taking time to say hello after the B.
Can’t someone have an unpopular opinion without it being HATE? Stating an obvious flaw in set up or driving style isn’t HATE. ITS ‘S AN OPINION. A STATEMENT. All the rah rah ree win one for me doesn’t help a bit.
@@WindRider1 of course, I don't care about the stupid calls for a crew chief or setup ideas. I was speaking of the comments about Kubota should of picked another team, they sold merch so that's all that matters, hunting the back comments, etc. Go to any of the last race videos from eldora on and you will be able to find numerous examples of hate that I spoke of.
Amen
I love you guys and have been with yall since yall started yalls CZcams channel and will always pull for yall I just got through watching the trip city race 🏁 so I'm late to this video. One thing I've noticed is that Joseph is driving getting out of his car and trying to adjust things he should just be the driver because when the cars right he can drive. I suggest yall hire a full time crew chief that very familiar with dirt car set ups where Joseph can get out of the car tell him what it's doing and he can watch hot laps and he'll know what to do to the car. That is what all these other drivers that are winning all the time are doing and then Joseph can clear his mind in between races 🏁 just a suggestion 😊
Hello,
I was wanting know if you would create playlist on CZcams channel to make it easier to watch the video’s chronologically? Maybe do them by years?
I appreciate all your content and wish you all the best of luck. Thank you for your time and effort.
Jesse and his buddy at the end the best part of da video 👍👍👍👍👍
That’s Cody Overton
It’s gonna cost a lot more money and time to be a consistent fast car in late model racing. You will get there.
Are Joseph and Jesse going to get new driving uniforms to reflect the Kabota sponsorship?
Fellas I been watching since day one I have to agree with the others it's time to at least give someone a try to see if it helps. You guys should be able to run top 10 constantly if a setup guy works you could pay him from the winnings because you would be bring in a lot more money then you are now.
thats my home track and I missed it 😭😭😭😭😭
You guys need a spy that can go and look under rtj's, Overton's, Pierce's, or Superman's SLM skirts! I bet if you could compare their setup to yours, you'd be like no wonder they can go so fast.
BUSCHHHHHHH want get you to the front
i was gonna say outside lane if u can get there
All good fellas -- Of course would have liked to make the show, yeah!!! 1st time there, not knowing what to expect, and having the chips fall where they may ---- Not making it was from the lack of trying!!! HTF/Kubota car didn't make this one (nor did many others btw).... on to the next ------------- Let's Gooooooo Be Safe
That is a completely different kind of dirt up in Illinois. Tri-City Will probably be a one lane locked down to the bottom.
I’m usually pretty good at judging just from in the car sound, then watching it, if you “could have” gotten around faster… obviously we didnt see anyone else qualify, but it looked like joseph was STRAIGHT FLYING for the track that they gave him… drove where he wanted, right to the wood..
How about the camera from front right facing towards Joseph instead of over left shoulder, always covered in mud seconds in.
Y’all need to come across the creek to Iowa to Burlington 34 Raceway sometime this year we have a 15,500 to win in like next week Slocum 50
Damn these guys are lost.
Where is the pit bike link?
I'm not jumping on the you need to hire a crew chef bandwagon but,,,, the caliber of team you are should not be missing being in the show for a series like this one.
It doesn’t seem to have forward bite coming off the corner. Seems like in the car camera the car doesn’t really come alive tell about half way. Then you’re having to let off to setup for the corner. Might look at your j bar. Depending on the track. Maybe add some more gear as well
