Reminded me of my 3 years of stay in Hyderabad... Cafe Bahar's lamb biriyani, shadab's prawn biriyani, mango ice cream of famous ice cream, jauzi halwa of hameedi sweets, qubani ka meetha, irani chai with osmania biscuits from nimrah cafe and bakery, the roadside kulfi falooda, kebabs of siddique kebab of tolichowki, which was just 10 mins away from where I used to reside... Hotath kore hyderabad er opor ei video ta dekhe flashback e chole gelam... The city which gave my career a kick start, I'll be always great ful to this city for everything...

In Hyderabadi Biryani, the mutton pieces are always small in size of 20gm -25gm / pic, to help it cook faster .All Hyderabadi Biryani are dum cooked thus as a technique the meat size has to be small to help it cook properly, evenly and we'll.

I am bengali and I have had both bengali and Lucknow biryani but I really love Hyderabadi biryani coz I feel it's different and has an originality in it coz original biryani is what is served in Hyderabad

anyone who has had hyderabadi biriyani will never like kolkata biriyani.. I used to be a fan of kolkata biriyani and my family still is as they have not yet tasted hyderabadi biriyani which I have done. Do try it from pista house as the taste is heavenly

Hotel Shadaab - I had a very bad experience visiting this place - The owner and serving staff were biased towards muslims and had little respect for hindus- We went with my family of 4 members- since we had a 2year old baby with us, we have ordered moderate food for the first time - when we want to order the food for second time , the server refused to take the order and threatened us to leave the place with disrespectful behaviour - all of our family had to come out with half empty stomach along with our 2year old baby - You can expect this kind of treatment if you visit this place in peak hours(especially if you are hindu)- I hope no one would go through such situation in future - So, posting this
I had a similar situation but I avoided eating there after seeing their staff's behaviour.

I expected this much food knowledge from you. The form of biriyani served in Hyderabad is Dum biriyani n they use small pieces so that they are cooked well n marination enters the pieces. The boti of mutton can't be kept on top of biriyani as they are mixed with rice n can't be separated because of obvious hygiene issues as u have to cherry pick them with hand.
More over u have missed a current hit biriyani of Hyderabad. The Nawab's serves one of the best Mutton biriyani.
I would like to tell you something. Nowadays these food vloggers they just want to earn money and have 0 knowledge about the food and it's history. The only food vlogger from Bengal who is worth watching is Indrajit Lahiri. You can watch his vlogs, "FOODKA". He is the only bengali food vlogger from Bengal, atleast according to my knowledge really knows about food.
