Yes,
Almond Garden is one of the best estates in Enugu now especially because of the good layout & underground electrical wiring.
Hopefully other estates will adopt that system

@luckyobieze Nice one, many Estates I see in Lagos have closed drainages. There are some well planned ones with underground drainages in some part of Lagos

@luckyobieze the same thing with Awka millennium city. Awka millennium city is well planned with closed drainages. You can not see any single open drainage there despite still being under construction
