Actually, in theory, they can get your locations. They would then be guilty of 2 crimes:
Breaking and entering
Hacking.
If you had access to ROBLOX servers, you could find the IPs of the people connected to the server and find there location. This is only in theory possible.
You can't be charged with breaking and entering
