The lip kit mogul took to Twitter to express her frustration with the app on Feb. 21, and it’s totally relatable. “Sooo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me… ugh this is so sad,” Kylie tweeted. And, of course a few fans reiterated Kylie’s sentiments with “OMG if the queen of snapchat hates snapchat then why isn’t snapchat taking notes?? We don’t like it!!!!” So funny, right?

I thought the way Wendy Williams talked about it on her show was disgusting. The whole concept of rating sex and people’s sexual abilities especially publicly is disgusting. And yes I’m of the opinion that intentionally sharing a sex tape with the world is also...disgusting. However, we can’t be sure of anyone’s intentions because there is always the possibility of partners or someone releasing it without their permission. What bothers me most about Williams is that she is an example of how we are moving quickly to a culture where it is normal and often expected to quantify sex, rate it, and thereby cheapen it. This benefits no one. Not men, not women. There’s a really good documentary on Netflix right now called “Liberated: The New Sexual Revolution”
