Alley Twenty Six Presents Mixology at Home - Honeydew Absinthe Mojito

Learn how to make delicious cocktails at home with bar owner and bartender Shannon Healy. Here, Healy is using the Alley Twenty Six Honeydew Syrup to make an out there riff on the classic mojito by also adding absinthe to the equation.
Honey Dew Absinthe Mojito: (Collins glass)
(Build in a mixing tin)
1 oz Alley Twenty Six Honey Dew Syrup
1/2 of a lime cut in wedges
Muddle
6-10 Mint Leaves
1/4 oz Absinthe (We like Kubler)
1 1/2 oz Cruzan White Rum
Add ice and shake.
Pour into Collins glass with soda water.
Garnish with mint and lime wheel.
