I purchased mine from the Chemist Warehouse and it works so good. I'm flossing a lot more now which is a plus. When you use it make sure to close your mouth so the water jet doesn't bounce off your teeth/gums.

Nothing comes out when in the upright position like the way she is holding the device in the video, only sprays if angled upside down. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hey @aidanlam5336, as the pressure is softer in gentle mode, a slower flow is to be expected. To make sure your Blast is performing at its best, be sure to check there are no obstructions in the inner tube in your tank, as well as your nozzle at the top. Happy flossing ❤️
Hey Charichard, that's exactly right. As demonstrated in our video, the nozzle that dispenses the water is on an angle so that you can easily maneuver the device to target all the hard to reach areas in your mouth!

No longer works after just 6 months of use. It's quite expensive so I expect it to last longer.
