My granddaughter bought 2 packs of schwartskopf Live in Amethyst
On the day of dying her hair when she came to mix the colour tube with the creme one was red and the other pale pink. She complained to Tesco where she bought them from but they said because she had opened them they could not refund her money it was nothing to do with them. Looking at the packaging it's pretty easy for some idiots to change colours over just for a joke. NOT FUNNY 😢😢

wet hair, but the hair is towel dried

Towel dried: you wash it, then only dry it with your towel (without using a hairdryer) so it's still moisty and a bit wet 👍
