Reality is always in real, Working conditions in jsw is a hell with hands of jsw employees ......like Contractor and other sister concerned Company too.. It is like taking a hot shower from them.

I’m ex-employee ( parmanent employee 2007 to 2010) of Jindal worked in blast furnace 3 from scratch to final production. Great experience but lot of partialities b/w BE engineer and Diploma engineers. This is the reason I left the company completed BE . outside Jindal is looking too good and people eagerly looking a job but reality complete different join as parmanent employee in Jsw but if you join as contract it will be hell, looking outside really good I have totally 3 year experience in this organisation,leaned lot and my first job . Lot of good memories playing cricket in township , gym , good memories. But so much partialities . Safety also not that much good inside the plant , anytime anything can happen , during construction time I have seen so many death . Company good but working environment little difficult.
Sir what type of interview sir? How many rounds. If any value added course is must for jsw what type of course for chemistry student?
