I'm going to be livestreaming tomorrow at 11am KST so please come and join :)
Thank you for having me on the vlog!🐶🐶😊
@@moejobe Come again!! :p
Anna, the S22 is still better than iPhone 15😂😂
He probably likes to eat Korean food more than other culture food.
@@moejobeNo way! I know of you and John from NYC! 🥳 (I also live in NYC/Hudson Yards). I actually came back to Seoul the day before Chuseok and live here half the year.
Tbh I’m shipping in a lot of American food/grocery products with Hanjin Express next week only because I cannot easily find them here. (I’m missing the dietary balance/cultural combination.)
literally smiling ear to ear watching this. the banter between you two is on point, while discussing meaningful topics. love the style of these sit-down vlogs anna, you comfortably bring out the personality in your guests.
I am the oppa of jbro btw, Jason is the ajusshi, just want to clarify DIRECTLY. love yall!!!! pls make more vids!!!!
Hehehe 😊 opppa
😂😂😂
Sorry for trash talking you John 😁 come back soon so we can all film together next time!!
This comment is very John. 🤣🤣

It just sounds like he was unwilling to step out of the purely rich Asian scene in the city. NY isn’t a place to get siloed into one community as the whole world is there. It makes sense that Seoul is a breath of fresh air as I love living here as a native New Yorker. It’s safer and cleaner and the trains are better. Next time he goes back, spend more time in Flushing, IDK how anyone could possibly say there’s not enough variety in NYC.
Yay!!! Jason is here. Thanks, Anna, for inviting him. Love the two of you bantering with each other.
Jason Oppa 🫰
You’re part of their bro pack right?? Hi 😂👋
@@anna.lee_jy I’m just honored to be in their presence 😁
so glad to see Jason here. I wish Jbro keeps uploading videos together.... seriously!!!!!!
I don't think I've ever heard anyone say food choices are limited in NYC - it's seriously one of the most culturally varied places in the U.S. and I'm guessing the world.
For real I almost want to ask what part of NYC? I was there last year and I felt I could not even sample most of the food scene. If anything in Korea it is mostly Korean food and some foreign restaurants. If he thinks NYC is limited he should come to my state ha ha. Northerners (esp NY people) come here and complain about the food.
He’s talking about healthy and affordable gym bro food on a regular weekday. Gains life is different
True but I saw a ton of health restaurants too. I felt NYC was very varied in terms of culture and lifestyles although truthfully worldwide most healthy people eat and cook at home. I do.@@chenitals
I don’t think this guy is a New Yorker. Food is “limited” in NYC. Im guessing he is one of those Rich Koreans who hasn’t even stepped in deep into Flushing only to watch Mets games. Lol
@@chenitalsyessir! That's what I'm saying. You really cannot eat healthy going out to eat in America, especially on a day-to-day basis. The healthy options are limited in variety and usually very expensive. Food options are generally limited for the gains life overall. Also, eating out will hurt your pockets quiet a bit in NYC.
Thanks Anna for this interesting chat 👍. Two beautiful people ! That is when beauty and brain meet together ! Jason is so down to Earth, cute and charming . We should have more candid interviews like that. 💕
wow anna looks SO good in this colour 👏👏👏
Pink 💖💖
Pretty in pink Anna 💖💖 Great to hear both of you with your experiences. Comparisons are always very interesting. 🤩🤩
Loved this interview!! What a nice guy!! Hope to see more of him!! Maybe an update in a month on how he is doing?❤
Always found the 3 day dating rule weird, everyone’s so obsessed with labelling the relationship more than they are with actually finding something meaningful
Yes! I'm Samsung Galexy Android❤ he's right about trying to see a doc in the US, however, many docs do video chats, so that's helpful. My opinion on... Jason has a very American standard for dating. In Korea you can put a label as girlfriend/boyfriend but breaking up is easier and more common than in the US. Jasonoppa!!!
You two have such good chemistry together. As a native New Yorker and someone that has been to Korea during military service, I can say with honesty that Korea is a better place to live. There is just something there. It's hard to explain. Real culture, more respectful. Love this video! Love all your videos. You are a Queen 😁
Always lovely to see Jason.
I hope to see him more. That was alot of fun to watch.
yeyyyy finally updates from jason! 🥳
The thing you said about the subway is so true. I stayed in NY for work for 6 weeks and had to use it 4 times a day, everything about it is bad. I'll never complain about the London underground ever again.
How funny I could tell that Jason is a introverted person, compared to John which I think his E's scored 100! This is a really fun to watch Anna, pls more do MBTI things!
You and jason suit each other looks wise and you seem to get along well!
Love love lovvvvveeee Jason
Nooooooooo that was not enough 😭😭😭 we need more Jason oppa 😂
Food options in NYC limited??? Sorry, I'm confused by that. NYC has a huge variety of food options.
Yellow cabs only work in the area of manhattan they are not allowed to go outside of manhattan that is why it’s cheaper than Uber or Lyft lol. Also I never waited more than a week or two for a doctor appointment but questions dermatologist take longer but I never had that issue lol
This was interesting. Please make more videos together🩷
Ha! Jason is the hidden comedian of the Jbro. Glad to finally see vid on Jason. Like fish out of water when he is on another person channel and alone this time 😂. Make me want to stay in S.K just for short time to experience. But no $ n time for it.
You guys are so cute. Off the charts chemistry.
It was fun!
I want to see more of Jason! Sad about JBros having a long distance romance now but hoping Jason will do some vlogs every now and then 😅
Omggg I miss jason,, more videos :(❤
Adore this guy. Miss jbros
this is so interesting. i’m from ny and i’m going to school upstate and miss home so bad. when he mentioned the appointments i’m able to get an appointment pretty soon, if my usual place isn’t too busy i can get a same day appointment or 2-5 days wait
Very good!!
Next I want to study abroad in korea and see thing myself sounds fun!
I would agree. John appears to be very direct. At least from what I've seen in their videos. 😆
Would love to see you both on Korean Pizza Club podcast episode!
Yep I’ve told David already we need to have him on :)
Jason oppa 👍💜💜
You have good chemistry! This is like a good date.
As an American who lived in NYC for 2 yrs I have to say that the city is completely overhyped…. I lived in Korea for 5 yrs and the comparison b/w the 2 cities is like night and day. Seoul (even the smaller cities) have way better, affordable, efficient and CLEANER public transit. QUALITY of life in Korea trumps NYC (and most of the U.S. tbh)
Jason OPPA !!! 한국에서 팬미팅 해주세요오오오 ❤❤ 인스타도 매번 잘보고있습니다!!
meaningful conversation it's fun to look at you
Enjoyed the natural easy banter between you and Jason. I knew because I was smiling.
Why do Korean guy friends of Anna went to get their beard and stubble lasered off? I know it's a hassle to shave everyday, that's how I feel. For me it's like less than a day before the stubble starts to grow again. Still I like to keep the option of growing it out if I decide to. For those who can grow a full beard, It's generally still an East Asian thing to keep it clean shaven as it makes one appear younger without it, and more professional. But lasering out, nope for me. It's not critical to health or life and it isn't ugly anyway.
So true with introverts! Isfj here!
I think I have Jason's record beat - I "dated" a guy for 3 years but we were never official. Oh, we said the "L" word, he stayed at my house nearly every night, I would drive his truck whenever my car was in the shop, he would get angry and jealous if any other guys even spoke to me, but he was very clear that we were not together, I was not his girlfriend. Tbh, the 3 date thing sounds nice. It eliminates guessing and misunderstandings about status and can prevents wasting time.
Girl, I feel so bad for you! Thank God, that character is your ex now! He just wasted your time!
My mother and I just got back from Seoul. Best subway ever!
Jason Oppa
the minimum tip is 15 percent if you have satisfactory service. The standard tip is 20 percent.
Can we see more of Jason oppa?
Hmmm. I think his assessment of NY food is very limited. LOTS of different food options. Not as healthy as L.A., but there are certainly lots of options. Especially if you look at Caribbean food, Latin food, Black American food, vegan spots, etc. He just wasn't looking. Lol. There's a huge variety. True what he said about American healthcare, though. It's trash. 2-3 months for an appointment is standard and it's so crazy to me. This interview was cute.
I think i have a crush on you jason ❤😂 I love your vibe !!
interesting channel, i wonder when i go back to korea if i will bump into you in the streets!
It overall does not take 2-3 months to get an appointment. There is a multitude of private practices, hospitals, and multi-specialty facilities you can go to in NYC. There is even an app you can use to get same day appointments. He just limited himself to a certain doctor and a vicinity. Btw, there are places that offer vitamin/IV drip as well.
Jason Oppa!❤
More of Jason oppa videos please ! 😁
Oh my, I beg to differ. (Each to their own. Just my opinion).
The LOS ANGELES subway system is the worst subway you will ever experience in your life. Because of that I don’t really see the difference between the NY (which I took in April) the UK (which I took in May) and Seoul (which I took today). And Chicago (which I took in April as well). It all looks exactly the same to me (even though I hear everyone comparing and complaining.)
Only LA.
Only LA will haunt me forever 😬😂😂😂
Oh yeah! Inner American cities and neighborhoods with their subway 😂
Agreed!!! I moved from NYC to LA and I'm so sad with their subway system.
This was funny, and great chemistry. You both seem to be too westernized to date a traditional Korean person. I'm guessing you're better suited for each other than any dating app can provide.
Haha wonderful
Jason oppaaaaa
Jason oppa 😍😍
JASON OPPA DUH, WE WANNA SEE MORE
Jason oppa! I’m so glad he is thriving in Korea:)
Jason oppa🎉
😂 We need more footage from the part where he talks about women's appearance.
It should not have been problematic 🤡
I agreeeee
Yeah, last time I saw it a bit, but when I came back later now, it's gone, did she delete it?
Jbros❤❤
Both of you are very intelligent 😄
Jason oppa 😂
Jason Oppa👍😀
Wait 3 dates to decide if you’re a couple? My brain can’t comprehend this. If I meet a guy we go on 1 date which lasts about 2 hours. Then we do it again 2 more times. That’s a total of 6 hours and I’m supposed to decide after 6 hours of knowing someone?! Naaa I need 6 months 😂. Ok maybe 3 months lol. 🤦♀️🤷♀️
I legit tip 25-35% in the U.S.
I know I'm a bit of a weirdo, but that's why I cook so many of my meals at home.
Very generous of you!!
I'm glad he's back in civilized Korea
I just returned to the states after 4 years in Korea
And I'm ready to return back😅😅😅😅
Brooooo…..if any of your future Korean GFs see this, they’ll ask you why it took to the 4th date to make it official since you just said that if you’re SUPER attracted to them, you’ll do it after one or two dates 😂
Hahaha he’s now dug himself a hole 😂
Oh boy. 18%?
We tip 30% for dinner out in NY.
25% if it’s crappy service.
Food is so expensive on Long Island. Especially on the North Shore.
Jason is literally just like me lol 😆🤣
Merci
This video made me realize i've been dating with korean dating rules in nyc lmao explains alot (coz nycers dont like it)
Long time no see (youtube) Jason oppa
4-5 months? NOw i really want to see the interview with jason oppa's ex!
Nyc vs seoul 비교하나마나 seoul!!
일단 음식이 한국이 싸고 맛있음
Okay but why am I finding out he moved to Korea through someone else’s channel and not from their channel 😂
i dont see whats wrong with dating for 6 months
Did this guy live in the same NYC I live in? There is more types of food here than anywhere in the world!
Oppa jason take me to kimchi jiggae shop 🤪😜😝
😂
Jason oppa
jason oppa, when is jbro gonna happen?!?!?!!!
오 이분 한국오셨네요!! 뭔가 반갑다ㅎㅎㅎ
@anna, you two have great chemistry....i hope you date
Interesting that he lived in the States from 10-33 but he still has a pretty strong Korean accent.
Guys like to shop around'. 😉
WHOA. Let's clarify yellow cab tipping etiquette for the audience. Standard tip is 20% (cabs have a touch screen that lets you choose 20%, 25%, or 30% so drivers don't get screwed). Now, to be fair, I don't know what Jason deems long or short distance, so maybe in some contexts, that $3 will cover it; however, for anyone watching this and planning to visit NYC, if you take a cab from (for example) the Met to the East Village, and you only tip $3, that's pretty bad.
Also, for SUPER short cab rides (like, if it's a walkable distance but it's raining or I'm carrying a lot of stuff, etc.), I'll tip on the higher end of percentage options (30%) so the driver can at least make some money on their time (and even then, the tip itself in that situation would actually fall into the $2-4 range).
Again, this note is just for the audience who may misunderstand tipping expectations.
I've never been to the US but your tipping culture stresses me out. In my country, I've never even thought about tipping taxi drivers. It seems like you have to tip everyone in the US, so I'm afraid I'll be accidentally rude with people for not tipping them because I didn't know I was supposed to. Are there some people you don't tip?
Jason disappeared in thin air and suddenly showed up in Anna's video. 😂 What's up?
Of course Samsung rocks! 😂❤
Do you need a reservation to get into viewsic?
Usually it’s hard to go in unless you have a table booked! :(
you didn't ask who had more rizz!!

Dude, the S22 is still better than iPhone 15😂😂
엥 3회 데이트 룰은 어릴때 미드에서나 봤던건데?? 한국사람들 그렇지 않아요 ㅠㅠ
*Really, by 3 dates and become a couple? Mad rush*
Anna's Chinese accent is interesting
British accent
After watching this I wanna look up signs a girl likes a guy cause to me she is feeling him 😂
