Do they only eat meat? How do they get water?

They get water from food.
1. Meat has a lot of water.
2. Birds lose less water than most mammals (they expel mainly uric acid insted of urea wich saves water)
3. They have fast metabolism and create a lot of metabolic water (from burning calories)
