How I would have the Dodge on Streak passive version worded in the stat area is;
Dodge per kill; +1%
Percent Cap; 50%
--
The upgrades could be;
Lvl2
Dodge per Kill; 2%
Percent Cap; 50%
--
And for a super Oh Damn moment;
Lvl3
Dodge per Kill; 2%
Percent Cap; 75%

I think that freeze mask needs a patch or something it's not as useful I noticed it only freezes enimes currently on screen and doesn't work on bosses. It's fine it has a different use but it's just overall less useful then the slow time deal more damage in a short time one. Unless maybe it charges quickly
