    Wow Rich that is a very detailed kit! I love how that frame looks! Very real! Great paint job on that body! Interior looks great! I may need to grab one of these for a future build!

      Somehow I ended up with another one. One of these days I might build it. A different color of course.

    Sure is a looker in the black Richard, well done. Am thinking if I add a couple to the PLASTIC PANTRY I may even try opening the trunk and doors!

    That is a nice job and a great ending. I think I will build it with mag wheels wide tires and see what I have in flame decals.

    I just did this kit a little while ago- lovely kit, no real big big issues, very well detailed and a joy to build up. I also had problems getting the frame and interior to fit into the body and cone down correctly. I ended up using extra strength super glue on the front and working my way back to the tail little by little. the directions were a little vague on placement for the interior on the frame, an I just had to best guess things, The mufflers were a little challenging (and who doesn't love a good do challenge). My biggest issue was the frame, which I discovered, was warped ever so slightly, something i failed to notice until the wheels were on and the car was sitting level, It's not really noticeable from a distance- so you really can't tell. Overall, I enjoyed this kit, it held my interest, and provided many hours of stress free enjoyment, the way a good kit should :)

    Great looking build ! I built an older version of this kit about 10; years ago and had the same problem attaching the body to the frame. I got so frustrated with it I never finished it. Lol

    Going to start my second kit. The first had an unfortunate terminal paint malfunction.
    Going to use the MCG photoetch set, it adds so much.
    This time, I'll try white. Sometimes a kit needs a second try.

      Funny you say that because I actually have a second kit of this as well. I’ll have to look up,that photo etch set.

      I have a second one. Eventually I’ll probably do up that too. I’m sure a different color. Maybe red.

      Richard's Toyroom I went with sunset rose. It’s an original color. You can get it at MCW.

    Probly the only model car engine iv ever done plug wires on that arent even visable once the cars built.....lol that particular hemi had a lil cover over the plug wires on the valve covers

      I haven't built this one yet about ten years ago I built the 1 St release of the 58 Plymouth l had issue putting the body to the chassis but it turned out nice

    This kit looks like it has some really beefy thick pieces. I remember receiving this kit years ago as a Christmas gift back like 2004 or 05.. Strangely enough though It was molded in gray.. I'm finding gray kits to be harder to find, Not sure if it was era thing or a brand thing..

    • @Kryptosmaster
      @Kryptosmaster  Před rokem

      I ended up with another one of these kits somehow and eventually I will build it in a different color. It’s a nice kit.

    I’m really confused , I want to buy it from amazon but I noticed that the product weight is only 0.9 oz,, How this kit is only weight 0.9oz??

    • @Kryptosmaster
      @Kryptosmaster  Před dnem

      Don’t recall. I think I usually will give a light sand before priming.

      I’d have to rewatch my video but I don’t seem to recall this one being that bad. I actually have another unbuilt one. I guess I should remind myself before I do it. Hahaha
