Specimen 2:
Nestled in the heart of the complex, this 2.9-acre lake boasts an average depth of 5 to 8 feet and is teeming with aquatic life. With over 400 carp ranging from 10 to 34 pounds, alongside Mirror, Common, Tench, and Bream.
Specimen 1:
As the premium Carp Lake of the complex, Specimen 1 spans approximately 5.8 acres with similar depths and is adorned with gravel bars. It’s home to majestic Mirror, Common, and Butterfly Carp, including three colossal 40+ pounders and a healthy population of 20-30 pounders. Note that membership is required to fish in this lake. The coveted Swim 17/18 has been upgraded to a premium double swim, offering an exclusive experience for the dedicated angler.
The Island Lake:
This smaller match lake stretches over 1.9 acres and features two islands. It’s a competitive angler’s dream with carp up to 18 pounds, tench at 8 pounds, bream close to 8 pounds, perch at 3.8 pounds, and roach at 1.4 pounds. With 26 swims, it regularly hosts matches.
