Yes, I just wish they were still quarry this rock, it’s amazing what a bit of moss does. Lovely shape to the pond also.

50 shades of green thanks mate, ten years, but you can speed up the process, with a blended moss & buttermilk mix.

Great video mark , looking forward to the waterfall build, are you not tempted to dig the pond deeper and fit a new liner when your in there ?

Yes, but after talking to the client she wanted the pond for frogs so it’s ideal! It’s one of the biggest frog ponds I have seen.

We had about a dozen male frogs waiting for the females. Lots were under the waterfall.

Hi Mark, I think you might need to invest in a microphone system to improve your videos. I am always struggling to hear you on many of your videos... 😣

Trying to find the right one, apart from having a dead cat (to stop the wind)

I've got a new allotment which has one of those small moulded ponds on it. In the summer it had a lot of frogs. It's in the middle of the path so I'd like to move it to a better location. I don't think there are frogs in it now unless they're at the bottom. Should I just try to move it whilst the water is in it? Or empty it first by tipping out the water/using jugs to empty it?

Keep as much water as possible and yes move it, if it’s frogs you mainly want then yes removing some of the water and moving it is good. Fill with rain water tap water mix
