- I can't believe it's been almost four years since I posted my first video for the Narbethong Downhill. That's why I figure with the Joyride Rookie Cup coming up the weekend of this video's release I thought it would be fitting to release this trail update. So, if you didn't get your practice in like many other that did over the Melbourne Cup long weekend, I hope you find this video useful.
The Trailhead Riders self-shuttled on this day. Daniel and Steffen drove the first two runs, and with Luke crashing out on the second run it meant that I once again avoided having to drive - although I did offer.
I've also upgraded to the new #goprohero12black with the Max Lens Mod 2.0. I'm still playing around with the settings but let me know what you think in the comments.

I went there in 2019 after watching the video you filmed there that year. I was over confident and ended up crashing 3 times breaking my helmet and scorpion'ing my body
Ouch, that’s a tough start. It’s not an easy trail that’s for sure. If it’s not techy and steep it’s fast and sketchy.
Its change a lot in 20 years
I only saw it for the first time four years ago. Would love to see some more trails in this area. Such a great spot

Very fast Nick, checked Strava and my top speed (for only a brief second) was 52kmh (ave. 22kmh). Hope your ribs are healing quickly so you can come out next time.
