I grew up on classic rock & am a big fan of the Doobie Brothers & had their albums. "Listen To The Music" was a big hit for them back in 1972. Love that Home Free is keeping this great music alive & introducing it to the younger generation. The guys did a really nice job of this song. Austin was great for the lead & loved the background harmonies of Rob, Chance & Tim's bass. Adam killed it on the vocal percussion again. He always comes up with some new & interesting sounds.

I still listen to "Listen to the Music" almost every day, near top of my playlist. But then again I'm an old fart of 81 who was weaned on this stuff.
I know right!!! It's mind-blowing what they can sound like without instruments. I'm 8 years into being a Home Fry, and I still find myself sitting their with my jaw on my lap when they release new stuff. They are so incredibly impressive. So talented, so skilled, so humble and fill of joy and love, and they are so grateful. Perhaps that's why they can do what they do. 🥰🙏

This is my new favorite from Home Free. Can't help but move along with the beat Adam lays down. Doobie's were huge when i was a teenager and i listened to them all the time. I love the Home Free spin on this song. Keep the HF coming Greg. I love your reactions!
What a fantastic cover, the guys did a great job again. And Adam is just out of this world, phenomenal vocal percussion. Home Free is also masters at not bastardizing a song and still putting their own stamp on it.

This is simply excellent again!! I have been a fan of the Doobie Brothers for a long time. This song is just timeless. It still swings. Really something for Home Free. So great sung, so great harmonies, bone-feeling bass, But for me it's Adam who makes it truly phenomenal. He nailed it. The vocal percussion is just inhumane. So unbelievably good. For me the very best beatboxer/vocal percussionist/mouth artist there is. And I haven't even mentioned his appearance yet. He's so handsome. I do like that he has his hair a bit longer again and then with that bandana on.

I've been watching you annualize their videos and I do believe they have a new fan! Keep on listening I've yet to hear anything bad that they do. They are truly blessed, as we are blessed to be able to hear them perform. I'm wanting to see them in person. I've watched their live shows and they're just as good on stage as they are on a recording. There are no words for how talented they are. Pray they always do what they do, at least until l am dead and gone.

Home Free is known as the country version of this type of music and Voiceplay is known for their more theatrical version and they also have one of the best bass singer you could ever hear and in their version of "The Ooggie Booggie Song" the bass singer is the center of the musical so please check them out.

I'm pretty sure that the Doobie Brothers had 3 guitars, a bass guitar, and 2 percussionists. Home Free needed to fill in a LOT of sound. So there is certainly some layering and some reverb, but they make the original sounds themselves!

Your Home Free reaction videos are fantastic! If you haven't heard "Ain't goin down till the sun comes up" by them you are missing out on one of there best songs.
Adam Rupp makes every sound from the original song they don't usually match so well with the original but this one is not as old as the others so they didn't have to do as many updates to the sound
