    Thanks for the comments. All those specific details are in the printed review in MMM magazine. If you're interested in finding out more and reading the review, you can get a copy here: pocketmags.com/mmm-magazine/ but note that this issue doesn't go on sale until December 7, 2017.

    Like the colour and finish, some specs such as water tank size and a look in the back doors would have been nice. Thanks.

      Those details are on Hillside's website: www.hillsideleisure.co.uk/campervan-range/the-heatherton-an-all-new-vw-crafter-campervan/
      When I chatted to the guys from Hillside at the NEC in October they did make it clear that the display model was a prototype, hence possibly the lack of a peek inside the rear doors, which I know the esteemed Mr Vaughan would normally have offered!

      This was a prototype, so there were still some unfinished details, such as inside the back doors where there will be storage for a couple of outdoor chairs on production vehicles.

    Is the rib a 112 or 120 ??

  • @PauloMurteira_MassagemPro

    Having worked for 19 yrs with VW, and having hired in the last 2 yrs Fiats Ducato Campervans, Honestly (and I apologize to your awesome and superior explanation and knowledge) I would definitively choose Fiat Ducato. I stood completely crazy for Fiat Ducato. As to this one specific, and for me (also) I pass... Sorry, you're great, I love your videos, but I would choose the Fiat.

    Why "PS"? Is this in any way related to the German "Pferdestärken"? Why not "Horsepower"?

    • @trevormiddleton
      @trevormiddleton Před 6 lety +1

      Metric horsepower, or PS (short, as you rightly say, for Pferdestärke) is the usual measurement of power in all engine specs these days. As a rough guide, to convert PS to HP, multiply by 0.9863

      Trevor Middleton, thanks for the reply!

      Most motor manufacturers (such as VW) quote the German PS, rather than bhp now. So the Crafter is 140PS (138bhp) or 177PS (174.5bhp)

    Having the length to the bed is fantastic, but we need the headroom when we are standing up to match. Some of us are taller than the average camper.

      John Long also, despite having wonderful bathroom facilities , once the bed is made youd have a helluva job getting out in the middle of the night to use the loo!
