Jonny part recorded using SD-1 + bit of delay + VOX (cleans) and Shredmaster + Eighty-Five (distortion) and played entirely with 50 euro cent coin as a bow / pick
For Thom's part I blended one channel DI using ART tube preamp as guitar preamp and another channel via AT3035 mic - Hudba
Amazing! you can maybe add more reverb to make the Jonny's part more magical

I’m just starting out with properly learning guitar and obsessed with radioheads tone but on a budget especially with the shredmaster with the OD-3 and the fender 85 amp taking up a considerable part of my budget and having trouble choosing which pedal effects to pick for a mini pedalboard to get jonny’s tone doesn’t need to be exactly the same pedals as jonny’s

So fundamental thing to consider is that Jonny used 2 different setups: for "clean" tones VOX + mainly SD-1 as overdrive/distortion and for all heavy distortion Fender 85 + Shredmaster. And then multiple effects like digitech whammy, phaser (small stone), delay/echo (space echos), reverb (rv5), tremolo (the tremulator), etc. You will find tons of info on the King of Gear site. But not all expensive gear is required. I would first decide which way you want to go: clean or distorted and then elaborate from there. Good luck!
