Rafting the Deschutes River in Central Oregon

In August, we rafted the Deschutes River in central Oregon. We were joined by my brother Mike, Dave Gassaway, and Lucja & Dion Leonard, world champion ultra marathon runners and author of the best-selling book, Finding Gobi (www.findinggob...). Lucja had recently finished a 200-mile race in the Cascade Mountains and will complete the 3-month 600-mile triad by running another 2 200-mile races this season.
