I feel like these last few months she has blossomed. I used to watch Wolfie's videos and I would see a lot of her and I thought he was rude to her. He would always cut her off while she was talking. Whatever she decides to do I hope she is careful but happy.

She used the 23 gloss on her eyelids for that picture. If you watch her snaps she shows her doing that. She doesn’t just use the palette for her eye looks for the campaign shoot, she uses her whole collection for the campaign shoot.
Amanda M although it’s a bit misleading that she uses that picture when you click on the palette. It makes sense to use the whole collection for a photo shoot, but if I’m clicking on a link to the palette, I want to see a look she has done using the palette.

That definitely makes sense, but I see where Sylvia got confused.
She used "Sister" in the crease, "Loyal" all over the lid and "My Heart" for the liner. It's literally in the caption of the picture on Kylie Cosmetics. It's crazy that people complain about her duping them when they don't even bother checking instead they just love to complain about any and everything she does.
