A word to the wise - UV lights are dangerous to your eyes - as a fly tyer I am very familiar with UV resin, it's very popular for finishing flies instead of varnish. A friend of mine who ties semi-professionally began to have sight issues and upon investigation by an eye specialist, discovered irrepairable damage to his eyes from the use of the UV torch used to cure the resin. He was recommended that he wear quality UV A + B protective sunglasses when using the UV torch. Considering that the UV lamp you used is probably 10 times larger than the UV torches we use as fly tyers I would SERIOUSLY recommend NOT looking into the light, turning it to face you etc and DEFINETLY get some eye protection.
