On the ‘mickeys’ inflate the ears first, even the 15 inch. The pressure to inflate the ears can burst the body. Pre-stretching the ears will help.

The best way to get the air into the ears is to squeeze the air in or sit on it
And it won’t pop? Have no idea with the ears they’re frustrating me haha
