I’m glad and thank you! I don’t have all the fancy equipment and things but I love cooking either on the griddle, my smoker or open fire when possible.
Looking good! It's fun to work with the big open griddle like that.
My first griddle was the 30 inch. Now I have the 28 inch with the air fryer.
That’s way to much seasoning for steak meat you need to let the meat taste come through without all that seasoning blocking it
Believe it or not, all the flavors were perfect.
