There are 3 options to save you from grass cutters on palm plantation
1. You can use wir mesh to surround the palm seedlings
2 . Try to plant a very mature seedlings from the nursery let say 1year or 1 1/2 years seedlings with big pole tin bags
And dig hole a hole of 50x50x50 deep
3. You can use big bonvita tin or any biger metal containers
I used bovitas in year 1999 to plant my palms but today I am still harvesting the p 4:31 alms

100 by 100 is equal to 1.plot of land especially in the eastern part of the country. So 4 plots of 100 by 100 make up an acre. Hope this helps

@AkinolaTalks like I Said, 100 by 100 is the measurements used in the eastern part of Nigeria for a plot and 120 by 60 is a plot in the west. Am not sure what obtained in the north. So it's only in the west that 6 plots equal an acre because the plots are not as big as those in the east. And those in the east only have 4 plots per acre because 100 by 100 is bigger than 120 by 60.
Look at it this way, 100 long by 100 wide that equals 200 feet abi? ( east land measurement) . The 120 long and 60 wide that equals 180 feet. So u see that a plot of land in the west is 20 feet smaller than that of the east. And that is why 6 plot is an acre in the west and 4 plots is an acre in the east. I hope I clarified and not confuse you the more. Cheers
