എനിക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ 41 വയസ്സ് ആയി. 25 വര്ഷമായുള്ള സംശയം ഇന്നാണ് മാറിയത്.thanks. 9,10 വയസുള്ളപ്പോൾ ദിവസവും പേടിപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സ്വപ്നം കാണുമായിരുന്നു. നരച്ചീറുകളും ( പഴയ വീടുകളിൽ കാണുന്ന ചെറിയ വവാൽ ) ,പാമ്പ്, പ്രേതങ്ങൾ എന്നും പിന്നാലെ വരും. ഞാൻ പേടിച്ച് ഓടും ഉറക്കത്തിൽ നിന്നും എഴുന്നേൽക്കും ചിലപ്പോൾ കരയും. ഇത് പതിവായി . അന്ന് ബാലരമ വായിക്കുന്ന ശീലം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ മായവിയെപോലെ ഞാനും പറക്കാനും,പല മന്ത്രങ്ങളും പഠിച്ചു (സ്വപ്നത്തിൽ😊😊). അതിനു ശേഷം ഇങ്ങനെ സ്വപ്നം കാണുമ്പോൾ അവരെക്കാളും വേഗത്തിൽ ഞാൻ പറക്കും,അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രേതത്തെ പുഴുവാക്കും😊😊 പിനീട് ഇത് ഒരു പതിവായി. ഉറങ്ങാൻ കിടക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇന്നും ആരെങ്കിലും പേടിപ്പിക്കാൻ വരണം എന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതരത്തിലേക്ക് ആയി കാര്യങ്ങൾ. 95% വരുകയും ചെയ്യും. ഞാൻ അവരെ പറ്റിച്ച് രക്ഷപെടും. അന്ന് തൊട്ട് ഇന്ന് വരെ സ്വപ്നം കണ്ടു പേടിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. അത് ലുസിഡ്‌ ഡ്രീം ആണെന്ന് ഇപ്പോഴാണ് മനസിലായത്. ഡ്രീം ഇൽ ആണോ അതോ റിയാലിറ്റി ആണോ എന്ന് ചെക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യാൻ ഞാൻ usually വിരലുകൾ എണ്ണി നോക്കാറാണ് പതിവ് and ചുറ്റും നോക്കി അവിടെ എവിടെയെങ്കിലും ഉള്ള എന്തെങ്കിലും വായിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കും then ഒന്ന് മറ്റൊരു വശത്തേക്കു നോക്കി വീണ്ടും തിരിച്ചു അങ്ങോട്ട് നോക്കിയിട്ട് വീണ്ടും വായിക്കും അപ്പോൾ ആദ്യം വായിച്ച word ആവില്ല പിന്നീട് വായിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവിടെ ഉണ്ടാവുക
അനന്തു പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ clock ഇൽ നോക്കിയിട്ടും ഞാൻ ഒന്ന് രണ്ടു വട്ടം റിയാലിറ്റി ചെക്ക്‌ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്
പലപ്പോഴും sleep paralysis അനുഭവപ്പെടാറുണ്ട്, എനിക്ക് സാധാരണ ഡ്രീം ഇൽ ആണെന്ന് മനസിലായി കഴിഞ്ഞ് ആ ഡ്രീം വിട്ട് ഉറക്കത്തിൽ നിന്ന് എഴുന്നേൽക്കാൻ ശ്രെമികുമ്പോൾ പറ്റാറില്ല ഒരുമാതിരി പെട്ടുപോയ അവസ്ഥ തോന്നും
ആദ്യമൊക്കെ പേടി തോന്നുമായിരുന്നു പിന്നീട് ശീലം ആയി
ഒന്ന് രണ്ടു വട്ടം nested dreams/false awakening അനുഭവപെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്

ഓരോ തവണ ഉറക്കത്തിൽ നിന്നും എഴുന്നേറ്റു റിയാലിറ്റി ചെക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും ഡ്രീം ഇൽ തന്നെ ആണെന്ന് മനസിലാവും വീണ്ടും കുറച്ചു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ എഴുന്നേൽക്കും ബട്ട് റിയാലിറ്റി ചെക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും ഡ്രീം ഇൽ തന്നെ dream loop ഇൽ പെട്ടു പോയ പോലെ, sleep paralysis ഇനെക്കാളും ഭയാനകം ആണ് ഈ അവസ്ഥ പിന്നീട് കുറച്ചു ദിവസത്തേക്കു ഉറങ്ങാൻ തന്നെ പേടി തോന്നിയിരുന്നു
ഈ lucid dream, sleep paralysis, nested dream or ഇതുപോലെ ഉള്ള കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഫീൽ ചെയ്ത് കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അത് നമുക്ക് മറ്റുള്ളവരോട് ഷെയർ ചെയ്യാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ് കാരണം 90% ആളുകളും നമ്മൾ തള്ളുന്നതാണ് എന്നാണ് കരുതുക
Lucid dream ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് കരുതി പ്രാക്ടീസ് ചെയ്ത് ഇതുവരെ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല.

എന്റെ ചില അനുഭവങ്ങൾ ഞാൻ പറയാം......
1 സ്വപ്നം കണ്ടു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നതിനിടയിൽ ഉറക്കം എഴുന്നേറ്റെങ്കിലും... വീണ്ടും കിടന്നുറങ്ങി ബാക്കി കൂടി കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് ഒരിക്കൽ...... പക്ഷേ...ഇപ്പോൾ ആ കഥ ഓർക്കുന്നില്ല.
2. ഒരേ സ്വപ്നം രണ്ടു തവണ രണ്ടു ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ആയി കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്...

I have experienced it many times. It is an amazing feeling. There were times when I would simply try to sleep just so that I can Lucid dream. I also used journal them long back, but you can only remember them vividly for a short while after you wake up. If you don't try to remember them then, you will forget and it's hard to recollect. I tried to tell these to my family but they weren't really believing me as they have never experienced it before. So I used to think I had some divine power due to which I was only able to do this.😅

സ്ലീപ്‌ പരലൈസിസ് അതിനൊപ്പം തന്നെ ഉണ്ടായി തുടങ്ങി.. പിന്നീട് ഇപ്പൊ 2 ഉം ശീലം ആയി.. പരലൈസിസ് ആയെന്ന് വന്നാലും ഉൽബോധത്തിൽ ബോഡി പരലൈസ് ആയത് ആണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നുണ്ട്..
എന്തായാലും നല്ലൊരു എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് ആണ്
