    Listening to the language used by the tories this morning it's clear that they really don't understand why they lost. They all say that "We lost because we stopped sharing values with the people" sounds like a good point on face value but the way that it's always worded always sounds the same. The Tories don't see themselves as public servants, they think that they have a god-given right to rule by virtue of who they are, they are the embodiment of a hangover from the class system. The fact that 7 Million people think the Conservatives have been doing a bang up job for the last 14 years is truly mind boggling.

    Love the fact Gullis lost his seat and it’s barely been mentioned. Annoying number survived but it’s been a good day for making Tories unemployed. And congrats to the new Labour mp for Cheshire west, I may not support the party but at least he’s not a tory

    Thst why alot of people up north aren't that keen on the HS2 that from Manchester to London or where its from because they would rather have connections between the northern cities.
    Also yes of course house building has to be done on national scheme taking into account where housing is needed and other public services that need to be built around it,this is THE problem when its left to private developers who are just on for a quick buck and do not consider services etc and are buidling for those who can afford it and usually are these executive houses with no community based planning around it like places to sit,to play and for a sense of community to develop.These places are usually soulless places on on the edge of towns and often on busy main roads that you need a car to get anywhere.

    i have two skit mashup ideas for you guys. Mr blue sky with kier's face on someone dancing with a umbrella after its stopped raining (every drum beat at the start can be all the labour gains) and second is a black eyed peas pump it with tories on surfboards with english public as sharks and the surviving tories being close calls falling in the water and the tories that lost their seat falling in. think both would be really funny.

    • @aaronregisford4140
      @aaronregisford4140 Před 28 dny

      @@lewiskidd9568this is actually not true. Quite often, candidates don’t arrive until just before the count is done, sometimes, not until after it’s finished, and just before they’re expected on stage. Election fraud and tampering is prevented by having police officers and returning officers at every count.

    It’s so incredibly frustrating seeing London dwelling socialists discussing Labour as though they should be a socialist party when for the vast majority of their history they have not been. Socialism is an economic state that has failed anywhere it has been tried. People don’t even really understand what they mean by socialism. Come up to the north in Brexit areas where communities have been abandoned especially by Conservative governments and talk to real people about why Labour are no good because they don’t pander to your ‘London middle class socialist principles’. It’s embarrassing, shows a huge lack of understanding or empathy with the broader country and shows a lack of understanding of the history of Labour.
