Got a white c5 that I put seats in a few years ago. One of the best upgrades I've done for sure. Shifter upgrade was big too

I was also looking tutorials to install seats in my c5 corvette and found your video which is helpful but I will say I am impress the way you put effort to install seat in your car, usually girls don’t put that much efforts to on cars . Also just wondering were you able to install back the targa top as seats look higher in length.
I like the idea of racing seats but not being able to recline at all is a deal breaker. Oh well. Hoping yours work out for you. This corvette is going to be a real challenge. And Hi from Wyoming.

Seat looks a little ridiculous, might give you blind spots.
May I suggest a new thermostat with the 2 tiny added holes that help prevent air pocket when replacing old anti-freeze. Call around to find a NO-FAULT thermostat about $10 ( it remains open when fails later, engine doesn't overheat blowing headgasket ).
I vote get a bit smaller/slim racing seats. Them are simply just to big for the cockpit size of the vette. Imo. Love the content though
Each upgrade will only make the car better. Eventually it won’t be a basket case 😂
Hopefully, but I knew going into it that this would be a project. Part of the reason I got it so cheap.
Those cars are so cool when in good shape, so keep your eye on the prize.

Stock C5 Corvette suck!!! I need to figure out a different seat I don't even fit in my car safely with a helmet. I'll have a lot of extra C5 parts if you're in need 😉.

@@Gabby_Downing I have a lot of different parts. I turned my C5 into a full race car. I have a lot of stock stuff like radiators, differentials, transmissions, stock ECUs, shorty headers and a lot of other stuff that I can't think of 😂. If you need anything just ask I might have it. Good luck with your build!
