We 3 paid 500g each for legendary map spot and the dude just disconnected.
We have reported him, via the official lost ark website's support and I wrote on reddit.
If you know any other ways to report him / make people aware of his scamming, let me know. - Hry
I like how he only apologizes after he realizes you have video proof.

Never known of map scamming, I came across a reddit thread that mentioned it.
Just make a static for maps and do maps once or twice a week with the static, easy enough to setup.
Should have a server discord with an ongoing scammer list. Eventually you'll get all their characters and Amazon takes action when these scammers get reported, so always report them. "despite everybody is doing it" - The scammer xDxDxDxDxD what a piece of shit.
So he took the gold and went offline? Never got map scammed yet
Sometimes they bifrost away and leave party, sometimes they just go offline, but yeah, that's the general idea - not opening their map..
yeah had the similar issue with epic rota did 2 maps and the dude named Cannaw was troling and not doing his map after 15 min i understood he was scamming us so kicked him blocked and reported also informed the server in witch ppl said similar stuff happened with this guy xD what a di... EUC Inanna

I mean, it should be bannable, right? Otherwise everyone would do it..
@@Rawrrrfearme its not official on whether or not its bannable, however the frequency of stuff like this happening and also the fact its not necessary against TOS to scam, i dont see how this would be bannable nevermind how you could even enforce it
