      It's also not always what is in front of you-Surface Appraisal & look down the road a good 1/4 to a half mile....not just 50-100 feet in front of you...."AND"....know what is coming up behind you!!!!-"Check your mirrors regularly!!!!!"
      ......and stop looking over your shoulder so much....especially your left one.... you do that side a lot..... Be cognizant of the traffic you just passed and learn how to work your mirrors and have them properly set. At 70-80 mph and you do that left side look and someone in a cage to your right starts a lane change to the left you are toast little sister....
      Other than that you ride really well.... If you wanna hold on to that good lookin scooter stay outta East St. Louis....!!!! LoL....🤠🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🤠

The one that has had an accident, and the one that's about too.... Never let speed dictate your riding habits... Take it from me it's not fun having to stop to render help to someone that has gotten himself into an accident... Unless you planning to speed like that poor idiot that happen to pass you... Enjoy your ride and respect the road and live to tell about it... From a friendly rider... JRC

    Damn.. after reading SOME of the comments I am convinced that it’s good that people are promoting safety in the chat. It’s TOO IMPORTANT! Even if it doesn’t change the mind of the owner of the channel it has the potential to save other lives and influence other riders and it does sound like atleast majority of people are genuinely concerned black or white!!! And you don’t know how much influence this video, page, etc will have or gain and how it could potentially influence other people to be “reckless” or not invest in preventive measures/gear. Stay safe and God bless!!

    • @Homentertainement2
      @Homentertainement2 Před 2 lety

      Damian you must not ride or know the extent of the injuries you can sustain if you fall, slide, scrape, etc with no protection. It can actually save your life, be the difference between minor scars, and permanent injury etc.

    • @Homentertainement2
      @Homentertainement2 Před 2 lety

      Damian I’m well aware of the limitations of protective gear. I’m also well aware of injuries people get that could have been avoided or reduced from wearing gear.
      Everybody’s entitled to ride however they like. Riding is risky everyday and with all the gear in the world you can die on your bike so if knowing makes you feel like eff it I’ll take my chances with no gear go ahead. I would say just acknowledge that it can be useful

Spokane, Washington to Boise, Idaho is only 6 hours but I did it on a Sporty with my feeding pump in my backpack. Riding saved my life then and still does every day. Now I ride a 2020 Electra Glide Standard and no mre feeding tubes! FTW!!!! (Forever Two Wheels)

    Go straight to stage 3 if you're looking for more power. The increase in power from 1to 2 is minor and you're not really gonna notice a huge difference. That's what I did on my rgu and I am glad I did. Go with ciro lights. Definitely. Checkout the bag blades. Don't let those young bucks on the rockets affect how you ride. Let them do them and you do you.

      Ciro Bag Blades are awesome. Definitely getting those as well.
      I'm gonna go for a Stage III on my new RKS, but that's only because the engine's gonna get torn apart anyway to powdercoat the lower rockerbox covers and replacing the pushrods with Feuling solids. Might as well take advantage of that to replace the cylinders and pistons as well. I'll probably replace most of my valve- and drivetrain tbh. Wood WM8-22X-E cam. Feuling oil pump & camplate, lifters, pushrods, and valve springs. S&S lifter cuffs and 128" big bore kit with CP Carillo pistons. Dark Horse Man-o-war compensator. Barnett lock-up clutch. AIM Light Force clutch slave cylinder. And probably getting Trask derby and camchest covers to show off the goodies :). It's not gonna be cheap, but it'll be awesome.

    I've been reading the comments and I understand both sides of the argument but as a freedom loving woman of 56 who started riding in a state without a helmet law some 38 years ago that now has a helmet law, I still believe the government shouldn't tell anyone how to live and what kind of risks a person should or shouldn't take. (As last long as it doesn't harm an innocent person, like drunk driving) There's nothing like cruising without a helmet through back country roads, with that said I've seen some horrible motorcycle accidents and lost many friends throughout the years ,mostly from being hit by people who weren't paying attention and that was before cell phones! You can't just be a good rider, you have to be a defensive rider. This woman is an inspiration and has many miles under her belt and I'm sure she knows the risks.

      Americans by and large ride like they are invincible. While I was touring the IOM and Northern Ireland I saw hundreds of thousands of bikers and every single one of them had protective gear on from head to toe.
      If you ask me I think it is stupid to ride around in shorts and a t shirt. I've seen my friends go down like this, and they are always rushed to the hospital. The few times I've gone down I got up with a smile on my face and some spring in my step. I immediately get back on the bike. You won't see a half naked rider doing that. They'll be crying like little bitches, because half their skin has become the new stripes on the tarmac.

    1) Go with the stage 2 if you are planning on doing more long road trips on your bike. You’ll enjoy the added torque. Plus your dance moves will be better from being happier.
    2) Definitely go with the custom dynamics LEDs. They’re bright. Their website has LEDs for your bike’s fairing. You can put turn signal LEDs on the sides of the side bags and additional brake LEDs on the back. Extra daytime running lights are also very helpful to be seen.
    3) that sport bike zooming past you was going at least 90 mph. Just keep cruisin’, groovin’ and making great videos ✌🏽

    Back in the late 70's after I had spent 4 years in the service I bought a '72 Kawasaki 900 Z1. I had that bike up to 130 MPH and it was still climbing. My helmet, the law in PA at that time, was twisting back over my head, my sunglasses were pressed up against my eyeballs and the bike started floating back and forth over the highway. I had to back it down. Oh, and yes there was some alcohol involved in this stupidity. Now I ride an electraglide. At 66 years old I'm into touring slow and easy enjoying the scenery and the ride.
    Keep riding but take your time enjoy the ride. It's not the destination it's the journey.

    Man I am just glad to see you riding and enjoying the 2 wheel life. Stay safe Queen- Go for the bigger motor. Ride your ride don't worry about what sportbikes do. You are being passed because that sport bike is much more aerodynamic, the bike without rider is at least 1/3 lighter, skiiner tires etc the whole bike is made to slip through the air and go faster- It has less torque, much less comfortable, a dime a dozen, much harder to customize and make your own and the extra speed is useable maybe 10% of the time.

  • @mauser8515

    175mph through curvy, hilly roads. We are talking front wheel hopping , chassis flexing, tanks slapping speed. This kind of thing gives me goose bumps. I don't do this sort of thing around other riders, bikers, or traffic.
    If I were to pass you on the highway, it don't mean a thing. I drive a certain speed, and that has never been the same speed as the bikers that I pass. I have zero ego, or motive behind it. I'm simply driving my speed. If I just so happen to blow past someone there is no hard feeling, I'm into machine and enjoying my ride.
    You all do the same. In my experience the best riders and drivers are people that mind their business. Pay attention to their machine and the folks around them, and don't try and force their speed on others.

  • @southcoasttuningltd242

    Stage 2 is going to give you more fun per twist if that is what you like and don't be fooled by the Horse Power Hype because it is the added torque that makes the difference. V-Twins are not meant to be high-revving screamers they are made to grunt and go when the light changes not hold between 120-200 MPH for 500 miles. Stage 2 will give you crisper throttle response and better torque in the lower and mid-range so at highway speeds you won't have that typical hog-bog when you grab a handful of throttle. Some will argue that you sacrifice fuel economy and I do not buy it. I think it is more like once you have more grunt at your disposal it is harder to keep your wrist from twisting up that heart-pounding roar and arm-jerking acceleration.
    As for the fastest I have been on 2 wheels well I used to be big into cloverleafing and highspeed timed runs. On my buddies customized ZX-14, I have been 198 before having to back out of it. On my ZX-10 I pushed 180 on mild upgrades but the truth of the matter is even though I like the heart-pounding exhilaration that comes from being on the brink of destruction I really prefer just cruising on my 1959 XLCH chopper with the sun on my face and well if I had hair the wind would be in it, but I am bald LOL! It isn't my capabilities that I question it is the fact that too many idiots are on Facebook, tic-tok, and other social media and aren't paying attention to the road anymore. Therefore, moving 3 times the posted speed limit while fun is a certain death sentence and it's not a matter of if, but rather of when. Keep the shiny side up girl and good luck with that RG, it sounds like you have been bitten by the custom bug.
