Something I've recently have been struggling with is understanding that "Just because you have a degree doesn't mean you're experienced enough to take on a role". Just wanted to say that I really appreciate your video and how informative it is. Thank you.

I am a graphic designer by trade so I'm cool with the design side of things but your video is really helping me get clear on managing social. I really want to pick up the camera again... and I feel like I’ve gelled what I want to do as a career. Thank you for helping with that. I’m a COMM major, and I love socializing with people. I have management experience, but more importantly I like to train those who want to fill my position.

This was really helpful! I work at a nonprofit and have become the de factor SM manager and I really believe in the power of SM for nonprofits but I'm still learning how to make it effective so this kind of info is very much appreciated.
