I just had both my knees done. Do all your exercises and keep positive. You will do great. Remember your knee is good it's the muscles and such around it that need help and healing. Had left knee done February 1st. It's doing great. Right knee, April 11. It's doing good. Just have a swelling problem. And stiffness in right and sometimes in left. But I can walk again. And the other will come along.
