Boy's will be boys on there toys . I also seen racing yachts not give way to tugs with a troll , to them it's racing all the way and don't get in my way. I also race but then I know who has right of way. Some people think then if you under sail you have right of way over power,well if he hit the tug or it hit him tug will win in a court.
